In court documents obtained exclusively by The Blast, Drake is asking for protection for his son, Adonis Graham, age 4. He is also asking for protection for both of his parents: mother Sandra Graham, 74, and father Dennis Graham, 69. His is also seeking protection for his lawyer, Stanton Larry Stein, 77.

According to the documents, his alleged stalker reportedly stated that she was homeless in California. When asked why the people needed protection from Collins, the documents state that “Collins has threatened not only Mr. Graham, but also his son and his counsel Stanton L. Stein. In the documents, Drake states that “Collins sued me for $4 billion. I won.” Back in December, Drake won a court ruling for a defamation lawsuit filed by Collins, who was allegedly arrested for breaking into his home in 2017. At the time, she claimed that Drake defamed her and posted private information about her on Instagram.

Attorneys for the singer called the lawsuit a “frivolous case” based on “delusional figments of her imagination.” A Los Angeles Superior Court agreed, dismissing the case on the grounds that Drake had not posted anything about her – or anything related to her – on Instagram.

“Plaintiff Collins has not demonstrated any of defendant Graham’s statements were about plaintiff Collins or that he used her identity, name, or likeness in his Instagram posts or endorsements,” Judge Virginia Keeny wrote at the time. “Even if plaintiff Collins could establish the statements were about her, she has failed to establish that such statements were of a private fact that is offensive and objectionable to the reasonable person.”

Drake claims that he has faced harassment from Collins from “2017 off and on to present.”

When asked if anyone was there to witness the harassment, the documents state, “See attached declaration of my counsel, who recently received emails from Collins wishing me dead, as well as the concurrently-filed Request for Judicial Notice in Support of this Request for Restraining Order, which seeks judicial notice of Collins’s criminal conviction for trespassing at my residence in 2017.”

The document continues, “Please see attached declaration from my lawyer, which details Collins’s trespass at my residence in 2017, her attempts to gain contact with me by filing a frivolous $4billion defamation case against me, her baseless attempt to seek a restraining order against me, and emails to my counsel where she expresses that she wishes me dead and that my counsel get what he ‘deserve[s].’”
