‘Seinfeld’ Fans Share Their Favorite Liz Sheridan Mrs. Seinfeld Moments

Actress Liz Sheridan has unfortunately passed away. She was 93 years old.
The beloved actress was best known for playing Jerry Seinfeld’s mother on “Seinfeld” and also had a reoccurring role on “ALF.” She appeared in several Broadway shows before she eventually passed away on Friday in New York City.
Her longtime friend and rep, Amanda Hendon, told Deadline that she passed away overnight in her sleep of natural causes.
'Seinfeld' Fans Pay Tribute To The Late Liz Sheridan
Although the beloved actress featured in dozens of TV shows and movies throughout the decades, she may be best known for her role as Helen Seinfeld, Jerry's adoring mother. She appeared in around twenty episodes, starting with “The Stakeout” early in season 2 all the way up to the show’s finale in 1998.
Fans took to Twitter to celebrate some of her best moments on the NBC sitcom and to pay tribute to a beloved actress.
