Wendy Williams is getting ready to return to our screens with a bang! The media personality whose reign came to a temporary halt due to health issues is planning to make her comeback!

Williams stepped away from the limelight last October and had to say goodbye to her show, "The Wendy Williams Show." However, she is hoping to regain her title as the Queen of Tv despite her financial battles.

Wendy Williams Talks Returning To Television

Per Page Six, the renowned host was spotted in New York on Wednesday night having dinner with TV personality Baruch Shemtov, her niece Alex Finnie, and Finnie’s boyfriend Eric Houston at Fresco by Scotto.

During the dinner outing, Williams was reportedly overheard telling her company that she is ready for a “big comeback on TV” and working on getting her money released from Wells Fargo

The spy told the publication, “Wendy was talking to Baruch about her situation with Wells Fargo and she confidently said ‘I’m getting my money back very soon.’”

Another insider disclosed to Page Six, “She’s [Wendy] ready to get back to work. When you hear her talk… anyone who’s known her for years, knows they’re getting a Wendy who’s ready to work. She’s really in good form.”

At the prestigious eatery, Wendy was warmly greeted by the owner Rosanna Scott and other customers were excited to see her out and about.

A separate spy at the restaurant described the former radio personality as “vibrant,” adding, “She looks great. No one was helping her. It was very different from the person who we’ve seen in the wheelchair.”

The source mentioned that Williams needed no help to walk and had no trouble getting into her Suburban by herself. With these reports, Wendy is no doubt in great spirits.

The Show Host Shared That She Was ‘Ready

It comes as no surprise that Williams is discussing returning with close pals as she had previously given a hint of her comeback.

As The Blast previously reported, in early April, the 57-year-old took to Instagram to share a cryptic message with fans.

The host looked all shades of gorgeous I’m several layers of designer pieces. She rocked a simple black dress underneath a stunning animal print fur coat alongside a giant Louis Vuitton handbag.

Williams accessorized with simple pieces of silver jewelry and a huge diamond ring on her left middle finger. While the “Think Like A Man” star’s healthy glow was a sight to behold, it was her caption that caught fans’ attention.

The mother-of-one wrote in the accompanying caption, “ready for court” but later edited it to just “ready.”

As you might know, Williams and Wells Fargo have been at loggerheads over access to her money. While knee-deep in her health issues, the financial institution declared the show host as having an “unsound mind” and demanded guardianship to oversee her finances.

Williams has, however, denied all claims of being mentally unfit or subject to financial manipulation. She has since been demanding access to her frozen money and even took to Instagram to call out all those involved.

The New Jersey native slammed her former financial advisor Lori Schiller, saying, “I’ve been asking questions about my money. And when I began asking questions about my money, suddenly Lori Schiller has got no response regarding my money.”

She continued, “I want my money this is not fair. And Wells Fargo has no questions and answers regarding my money. This is not fair. And Lori Schiller and Wells Fargo have this guardianship petition about keeping me away from my money. This is not right, and you know this is not fair.”

Williams also accused a man named Bernie Young of using her credit card to hire lawyers against her.

Williams Previously Asked For Three Months

Back in March, during an appearance on “Good Morning America,” Williams spoke about the state of her health, telling the interviewer, “health is very well and I’ve actually had a few appointments. You know I’m 57 now. And I have the mind and body of a 25-year-old.”

The “DWTS” alum also teased her comeback to daytime television, saying, “Give me about three months. There are private things that I have to deal with and then I’ll be ready to come back and be free and ready to do my thing.”

It’s barely three months and it seems Williams is sticking to her word! We sure can’t wait!
