'Temptation Island': Ash Opens Up About Past Abuse; 'Hania Is Not The Person I Thought He Was'

Episode four of “Temptation Island” saw the couples starting to let go of the rules they put in place before coming to the Island.

As we dive deeper into Ash Lamiroult and Hania Stocker’s relationship, it’s easier to understand why she stayed with him even though he would never introduce her as his “girlfriend” to people.

This week, Ash and Taylor Patrick grew closer; however, they didn’t have any non-pillow wall sleepovers.

Ash asked Taylor on date number three where they learned to surf, and then enjoyed rolling around in the sand with some cocktails.

The emotional connection between them is growing at the speed of light.

“I definitely see something there,” Taylor admitted during a confessional.

Ash echoed the sentiment telling the cameras, “I’m ready to have somebody meet me and match me. Taylor has been this really gentle force and he’s been really patient and kind, I’m trying to be a little bit more vulnerable and open with him.”

On the other side of the island, Hania was forming connections with multiple women. He has not taken the same girl on a date more than once.

He appears to be looking for what he wants “besides Ash” and “what I want regardless of Ash.”

However, his tune changed throughout the episode.

At the bonfire he admitted that the last bonfire he saw “things I didn’t like. The damage has already been done.”

After seeing how close Ash is growing to Taylor, Hania admitted he’s working on being considerate.

Seeing her get the physical attention from Taylor was “painful” for him to see.

“Those things that I thought would save my relationship, won’t,” he admitted of his open relationship concept.

During the girls bonfire, Ash saw Hania giving a single woman a hickey on her inner thigh.

“It’s everything I expected. I didn’t come in with an expectation of him being good this time,” Ash said bluntly.

Then came the sad moment of truth from Ash’s mouth.

She revealed that in her previous relationships she was mentally and physically abused by one boyfriend, and emotionally manipulated by another.

Ash feels like Hania is not reciprocating the love she’s given him.

“Hania is not the person I felt he was,” she said. “I know I deserve more.”

Next week’s episode will feature the first ever elimination among the singles.
