A beloved “Star Wars” actor was rushed to the hospital to undergo emergency surgery last Thursday.
Voice actor Matt Lanter started voicing Anakin Skywalker in 2008’s “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and reprised his role for several animated projects. He also made his live-action “Star Wars” debut in 2019 in the first season of “The Mandalorian.” In “Chapter 6: The Prisoner,” Lanter played a New Republic soldier on the prison ship that is taken hostage and later killed by Din Djarin’s (Pedro Pascals) companions.
