The world is still reeling from the drama that happened at the 94th Academy Awards when Will Smith smacked fellow comic Chris Rock after a joke gone wrong.

As you might know, while on stage to present an award, Rock took a jab at Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith's bald look due to the health condition Alopecia and the "Bad Boys For Life" star wasn't having it.

In a shocking stunt, Will walked on stage and hit Rock while asking him to "Keep my wife's name out your f**ing mouth!" The debacle between both stars has been all anyone can talk about ever since.

While fans and several celebrities have differing opinions on the controversy, seemingly choosing Team Will or Team Rock, boxer Jake Paul has a seemingly different take.

Shortly after the incident, Paul, like most stars, gave his opinion and even proffered a solution to help squash the beef between both parties. It happened that the "Impractical Jokers" star, Sal Vulcano, took to Twitter to ask Paul a question.

"Over/under on how much Jake Paul is gonna offer Chris Rock and Will Smith for a boxing PPV?" he wrote. The YouTuber-turned-boxer wasted no time in sharing his proposal. "I got $15m for Will Smith and $15m for Chris Rock ready to go Let's do it in August on my undercard," the "Airplane Mode" star tweeted.

In a follow-up Tweet, Paul reiterated his desire to see the two men fight it out in the ring, writing, "Someone get me on the phone with Will Smith's boxing representative asap.

Both tweets made massive rounds, garnering over 30,000 likes in total. Paul's tweet sparked an array of memes and hilarious reactions from fans. One fan quoted a line from Will's "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" anthem, "I got in one little fight, and my mom got scared She said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."

Others expressed enthusiasm about the fight, promising to place some hefty bets. However, while Paul's offer looks juicy, it is highly unlikely either party would take him up, given their immense net worth.

The "Pursuit of Happiness" star is worth a staggering $350 million presently, earning as much as $40 - $80 million annually from numerous projects. On the other hand, Rock has an estimated net worth of $60 million and is one of the highest-paid comedians in the world.

Paul Gave A Similar Offer To Kanye West And Pete Davidson

Since transitioning into boxing in 2018, Paul has worked hard to establish himself as a force in the industry, commenting on all boxing matters while getting his hands dirty in the ring.

Just weeks earlier, Paul made a similar offer to Kanye West and Pete Davidson, who have been at loggerheads due to the rapper's divorce from Kim Kardashian.

As The Blast covered, the 25-year-old, who recently launched a boxing company Most Valuable Promotions, to build the sport of boxing, took to Twitter to spark a discussion about Kanye and Davidson.

Following the controversy at the Oscars, fans witnessed Will apologize to his fellow nominees and the Academy for his behavior during his acceptance speech for Best Actor, significantly leaving Rock out.

However, it seems the "Men In Black" actor is looking to bury the hatchet. Yesterday, Will took to social media to apologize to the "Grown Ups" actor.

"Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive," he began. "My behavior at last night's Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable," he continued. "Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada's medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally. I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line and I was wrong."

The "King Richard" star continued, "I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness. I would also like to apologize to the Academy, the producers of the show, all the attendees and everyone watching around the world. I would like to apologize to the Williams Family and my King Richard Family. I deeply regret that my behavior has stained what has been an otherwise gorgeous journey for all of us."

Will signed off, writing, "I am a work in progress. Sincerely, Will."
