It seems that Kelly Rizzo is not happy with the suggestion that her late husband, Bob Saget, passed away from an illness.

As The Blast previously reported, the showrunner at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall in Florida, where the “Full House” star performed his final stand-up routine, claimed that Saget told her that he didn’t feel good before his final performance. The showrunner, Rosalie Cocci, alleged that Saget complained that he had problems with his hearing, a sore throat, and said Saget “stated” that he had “long-term COVID.”

This report seems to contradict numerous other reports from the hotel valet and the project coordinator, who both stated that Saget was fine and joking around only hours before his death.

Kelly Rizzo’s attorney, Brian H. Bieber, sent a statement to Page Six asking for privacy for the family to mourn.

“Now that the medical examiner’s and police department’s records have been released after their respective thorough investigations, the Saget family would appreciate privacy to mourn in peace,” the statement read.

Bieber insisted that “The records released tell the entire story — that is, Bob passed away after a fall and hitting his head in his hotel room.”

The autopsy’s report states that Bob Saget died of a brain bleed due to blunt force trauma after striking his head on an unknown object in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room. It has been ruled an accident. Police ruled out foul play after obtaining surveillance footage showing that no one entered or exited Bob Saget’s hotel room. The toxicology report also revealed no drugs or alcohol in his system at his time of death.

“In the weeks since Bob’s passing, we have been overwhelmed with the incredible outpouring of love from Bob’s fans, which has been a great comfort to us and for which we are eternally grateful.

Now that we have the final conclusions from the authorities’ investigation, we felt it only proper that the fans hear those conclusions directly from us.

The authorities have determined that Bob passed from head trauma. They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved.

As we continue to mourn together, we ask everyone to remember the love and laughter that Bob brought to this world, and the lessons he taught us all: to be kind to everyone, to let the people you love know you love them, and to face difficult times with hugs and laughter.
