Britney Spears Will Have New Music In The Works!

It almost goes without saying, but Ms. Britney Jean Spears has had a giant year!
Not only was her highly-publicized 13-year conservatorship terminated last November leading her to be able to live life how she pleases, but Spears also said "yes" to her long-term boyfriend Sam Asghari after he popped the question!
The world has witnessed Spears come into her own over the last few months through her Instagram feed, where she's been extremely candid about every aspect of her life through her photos and captions.
Over the last few months, Spears has made headlines for expressing her feelings about her family members, from her father to her sister, (who has famously responded to Spears via social media and podcast interviews), and how they treated her throughout the conservatorship.
Her relationship with her younger sister Jamie-Lynn Spears was further strained by the release of her memoir "Things I Should I Have Said" in January, wherein the younger Spears sister made many revelations about their relationship growing up.
Up until now the majority of the news cycle surrounding Spears has been connected to someone else in her life or has revolved around Spears' reaction to others' thoughts.
She will soon have her time to shine in the spotlight for the reason why she has become one of the biggest entertainers of the last two decades: her singing career!
The Lowdown on Britney's New Music
Spears will eventually be returning back to her roots by returning to the recording studio!
While the prospect of Spears stepping back into the studio and releasing new music is incredibly exciting, the Britney Army should take a step back before preparing any hypothetical release parties; she is taking her time easing back into the music industry.
According to Metro via The Sun, Spears' journey is "In the very early days and Britney isn't putting any pressure on herself to release an album right away or anything, but her team are putting out feelers out about the prospect of new music."
Spears won't be making the transition back into music alone. She will have other people in her court to help bring her new bops to fruition!
The "insider's" statement to The Sun via Metro goes on to say, "Several people who she feels comfortable working with have been contacted and asked if they would like on music with Britney again and everyone seems pretty keen to be involved."
Britney Makes A Not-So-Toxic Comeback!
While we wait for new music from one of pop's biggest queens, chances are we won't have to listen for very long if we are scrolling on social media!
If you're an avid TikTok user there's a strong possibility you have heard a popular remix of Spears' 2004 hit song "Toxic" from her fourth album "In The Zone" recently.
"Toxic X Pony" mixes "Toxic" with the Ginuwine song "Pony," and has been used to soundtrack many TikToks and inspire many Tiktok dances!
According to Seattle radio station Movin' 92.5, Spears has indeed heard the viral mix by Altégo, and she is enjoying its popularity.
Spears "Shared a video of her working out to the viral remix and tagged the DJ duo before telling her fans, 'Y'all's comments are so nice.'"
