On Sunday, March 20, the TV personality shared two adorable posts featuring him and his three children, Gia, Dominic, and Santino.

The first post contained two pictures, in which the "Dancing with the Stars" alum proved his masculinity wasn't to be trifled with as he did a pushup with his sons on his back.

In the second image, the doting father flaunted his muscles in a blue tank top and black shorts while stretching his biceps alongside his children. 

The 48-year-old flashed a smile at his daughter, revealing a mesmerizing dimple on his cheek, while the young girl responded with an even brighter smile.

Naturally, fans and celebrities were excited to see this heartwarming family moment captioned, "Lopez' gettin that Sunday work in… #LopezFamBam #Sunday."

The sensational singer Jen Carlos couldn't help but gush over the patriarch's muscles as he wrote, "Bro, even the cheeks on your face have muscles."

The actor Tommie Romola a.k.a Big Time Tommie, showed love to the Lopez clan by writing, "LA FAMIGLIA."
