In the second image, the doting father flaunted his muscles in a blue tank top and black shorts while stretching his biceps alongside his children.
The 48-year-old flashed a smile at his daughter, revealing a mesmerizing dimple on his cheek, while the young girl responded with an even brighter smile.
Naturally, fans and celebrities were excited to see this heartwarming family moment captioned, "Lopez' gettin that Sunday work in… #LopezFamBam #Sunday."
The sensational singer Jen Carlos couldn't help but gush over the patriarch's muscles as he wrote, "Bro, even the cheeks on your face have muscles."
The actor Tommie Romola a.k.a Big Time Tommie, showed love to the Lopez clan by writing, "LA FAMIGLIA."

Like the first post, both celebrities and fans flooded the comment section with their adoration. The renowned TV personalities Diane Keaton and Kit Hoover shared several red heart emojis.
On the other hand, the actress Tricia Miranda implied she has a special relationship with Santino by writing, "He's seriously my favorite little nugget… I need to come see him. He's my best friend, lol."
Putting the actress aside, the "A Recipe for Seduction" star shared a deep personal bond with his children to the point where it wasn't easy getting intimate at home.
As previously reported by The Blast, the entertainer and his wife Courtney Mazza opened up about how they kept their romance alive while raising three children.
The couple confessed that they found it challenging balancing their work-life with personal affairs but managed to keep things running smoothly despite the occasional hiccups.
One particular encounter left them scarred for life as their daughter Gia once walked in on her parents while getting down in the bedroom.
Although the lovebirds tried to be sneaky by hiding in the guest bedroom, their curious firstborn found the pair in the most compromising situation.
Once the shock wore out, the parents tried to explain what had happened to Gia, but the little girl was nowhere to be found.
Eventually, the trio could sit down and get through this awkward moment. As for what kept the San Diego native's love life alive, the pair stated that having quickies was the best.

As shared by NICKI SWIFT, the "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" star has always shown tremendous love for his family, who are the perfect picture of happiness.
However, the actor's love life could have gone in a different direction as he met a few women before tying the knot with his beautiful wife.
Lopez dated the actress Ali Landry for six years before the pair married in 2004. Two weeks later, the marriage was annulled due to cheating allegations.
In 2011, the entertainer confessed he was unfaithful to Landry during his bachelor party. Although this was bad news for his ex-lover, it wasn't for his future wife.
In the fall of 2008, the 48-year-old met Mazza while starring in the Broadway production, "A Chorus Line." The lovebirds were engaged for 11 months before getting married in 2012.
