Kim Kardashian Is Trying 'To Learn & Move On' Amid Kanye West's Continued Attacks

Kim Kardashian isn’t one to be knocked down in the face of adversity.
We know the KKW Beauty founder is bound and determined to make the most of any situation, no matter how good or bad.
For example, after the Paris robbery, she took a step back to figure out what was most valuable in her life and that was her kids and family.
It wasn’t the material things or the flashy things she was showing off on social media.

Furthermore, after not passing the baby bar twice, Kim pushed herself to study harder to ensure she would pass.
And VOILA, she finally passed the baby bar.
Now, she’s got a new set of difficulties to deal with, and it’s all thanks to her ex-husband, Kanye West.
The rapper has gone on a smear campaign against Kim and her new boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
He’s made subtle threats to the ‘SNL’ star through the form of his music video “art.”
Kanye recently publicly slammed Kim for withholding their four children from him, and denying him from seeing them.
She begged to differ and called him out on social media.
There’s a lot more background where this drama came from, but we would be here for three months to get through all of it.
Kim recently sat down with Ellen DeGeneres and opened up about her relationship with Pete, in addition to her divorce and life after Kanye.
The SKIMS founder is focused on taking the high road.
“It’s the father of my kids. I’ll always be protective. I always want my kids to see the best of the best. As hard as it can be sometimes, I try to ignore it and do whatever’s best for the kids…Take the high road,” Kim told Ellen.

She’s also trying to be optimistic throughout this chapter of her life.
“This was put in my life for a reason…these challenges. I try to sit still sometimes and say ‘okay what is this lesson? What am I meant to learn from it. And how can I get through it,” she continued. “I used to care so much about narratives and what’s true and what’s not true…and I just live my life the way I think is right.”
And the right way for Kim is to “just push forward and do the best that I can.”
Her word of advice for others facing adversity and difficulties is, “Try to learn, move on, and be a good person.”

On a lighter note, Kim and Ellen did discuss Pete and the insane thing he did for his lady love.
Kim finally went Instagram official with Pete last week. In the photo, Pete is resting his head in her lap while she’s leaning over him giving him kissy lips.
The ‘KUWTK’ star clearly didn’t know a relationship isn’t official until it’s on the Gram.
“I guess it’s not official until you post on Instagram,” she said before noting that she hasn’t been in a new relationship in years. “I haven’t dated since before Instagram existed, so I didn’t know what the rules are,” she said.
Kim gushed over her newfound relationship and how happy it’s made her.

“I always encourage my friends and the people that I love to just be happy and I went for it. I was like, ‘You know what, I’m in my 40s, like f**k it. Sorry. Like go for it. Find your happiness,” Kim explained. “And like, I went for it, and I took my time, and I found it and it feels so good, and I want it to hold on to that forever.”
Speaking of forever, Kim. Mentioned that Pete’s gotten some new cute tattoos.
“The Kim one isn’t a tattoo. It’s a branding… like a… branding,” she told Ellen.
If you don’t what a “branding” is, it’s defined as “the action of marking with a branding iron.”
Cows are often branded by farmers and ranchers as a way to identify cattle who are free roaming on the range, serve to deter cattle rustling, and help to return rustled animals to their rightful owners.
Kim explained he got “Kim” branded on him because he wanted “to do something that was really different.”
She went on to say he already got one, two… a few tattoos in honor of her.
