The Hollywood sensation, who confirmed her engagement to Meyer in November 2021, confessed that she was too busy to focus on her nuptials. The entertainer said:

"I'm trying to win an Oscar now. I'm kidding. I'm so busy, I'm not planning my wedding. I've done a little bit of dreaming, but I haven't planned anything."

According to the Los Angeles native, the Emmy award-winning television presenter may be interested in officiating her wedding per what she heard through the "grapevine."

On that note, Kimmel suggested that Kristen hold her nuptials at the Oscars if she won the award for Best Actress.

The TV personality explained that the blonde beauty would get a free wedding reception, and she wouldn't need to worry about the guest list as her loved ones would be present at the event.

In response, the "Underwater" star jokingly implied that if she didn't win the award, she would propose to Olivia Colman, her fellow Best Actress nominee.

The "Come Swim" Director Garnered Recognition For Playing Princess Diana

Last month, The Blast reported that Kristen's role in "Spencer" amassed more attention than her days as Bella in the vampire movie franchise.

The 2021 drama flick followed the life of the late Princess of Wales, who ended her marriage to Prince Charles and left the British royal family.

Taking up such an influential role wasn't easy, but the BAFTA Award winner confessed that she couldn't reject the part. In her words:

"I was like, ‘You’re not going to say no to this because who would you be in that case? I absolutely would have felt like such a coward."

The entertainer added that since she wasn't from the UK, it made it easier to portray Princess Diana's character objectively.
