Sharna Burgess Counts Down 3 Months To Delivery With Emotional Clip

Sharna Burgess can’t help but be on cloud nine as the clock is ticking to when she would finally meet her baby boy!

The professional dancer is expecting her first child with boyfriend Brian Austin Green and in a new video shared on Instagram, the soon-to-be mom took fans on an emotional journey to when she first found out she was expecting.

On Tuesday, March 15, Burgess shared a lengthy clip detailing the moment she found out she was pregnant and her journey so far. The video began with a teary-eyed Burgess seemingly after taking a pregnancy test, mouthing to the camera “I’m pregnant.”

In a note attached to the scene, the dancer revealed that her whole world changed on that fateful day of October 29, 2021.

After showing off the pregnancy test, we get to see the happy soon-to-be parents in a car, riding to the hospital. Austin Green couldn’t hide his joy as he held on to Burgess’ hand.

At the hospital, fans see the pair get the first sonogram of their bundle of joy and the scene is soon followed by Burgess’ first baby bump picture.

The “Dancing with the Stars” alum donned pink panties as she flaunted the growing bump. The video doesn’t fail to show the emotional moment when Burgess and Austin Green break the good news to their family members, especially the dancer’s parents.

Highlighting the moment her father was told the news with the “Kid 90” actor by his side, Burgess wrote, “my dad loved Brian, and shared with me how grateful he was that I had found an amazing man. And when he found out he was finally a grandfather he hugged us both and said ‘that’s magic.’”

Brian and Burgess’ father exchanged a firm handshake but the note attached to the scene, unfortunately, revealed that he passed away a month after hearing the news of her pregnancy.

”Some part of me thinks he was holding on to see that I was ok. That I am safe and loved and truly happy,” Burgess wrote.

The heart-melting video ended with a sonogram picture of a well-developing baby and a message that read, “and now it’s my turn to be a parent. I will give it my everything and hope I do half as a good job as mine did.”

In the lengthy accompanying caption, the Australian dancer opened up about her expectations of motherhood. She began the caption, noting that she couldn’t watch the clip without crying.

”It’s the handshake between Bri and my Dad that gets me every time. Can a heart be broken and full at the same time about the same moment? Mine feels that way,” she declared.

The 36-year-old noted she had three months to go before stepping into the role of parent, before confessing she had no idea what she was doing.

However, Burgess stated she found comfort in being surrounded by people she loved and trusted who knew what they were doing. While she would lean on them, Burgess noted she would look within to nurture her child.

”And I trust my own instincts and nurturing nature. I know I’m meant for this. I’m meant for him 💕🥜.”

She concluded the tear-jerking message with a joke about a typo blunder made in the video, blaming the error on #pregnancybrain.

As The Blast reported, the lovebirds are having a boy. Burgess and Austin Green first broke the news of their pregnancy in early February when a photo of them in Hawaii during a vacation made rounds on the internet.

The pair confirmed the speculations with a social media announcement and weeks after did a gender reveal on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of the actor cradling his girlfriend’s bump, Austin Green disclosed in the caption that he and Burgess were “really excited to be welcoming a baby boy on or around the 4th of July.”

The unborn bundle of joy marks the fifth child for Green who shared three boys with his ex-wife Megan Fox and has an older son from a previous relationship. This is, however, the first child for Burgess. Congratulations to the couple!
