Brian Austin Green is unamused and unenthused by his ex-wife’s recent engagement.

The ‘90210’ star had an inkling the proposal was coming, so it really didn’t surprise him.

According to E! News, an insider revealed the actor is "not surprised she [Megan Fox] got engaged and knew it was coming."

His focus remains on their three sons: Noah (9), Bhodi (7) and Journey (5).

The insider also revealed, "He's focused on his kids and just being there for them."

Megan Fox and Green were married for nearly 10 years, but split in 2019. No doubt their relationship definitely had its issues.

The former couple met in 2004 on the set of “Hope & Faith,” and got engaged in 2006.

Right around this time, Megan’s career took off thanks to the “Transformers” movies.

The couple called off their engagement in 2009 after rumors began circulating that Megan had a romantic relationship with co-star, Shia LaBeouf.

At the time, the actress was very young and said in an interview with Us Weekly, "Marriage isn't a realistic goal for someone who is 23, that's all. I just wanna concentrate on becoming a better person before I try to commit to being someone else's wife."

Less than a year later their engagement and impending nuptials were back on.

In June 2010 the couple married at the Four Seasons Resort on Hawaii’s Big Island.

They welcomed their first son in 2012, second son in 2014 and in 2015 they called it quits again.

Two days after news of the split surfaced, Fox officially filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of the split, and asked for joint physical and legal custody over their two sons. The documents stated their date of separation as June 15, 2015.

However, in 2016 Megan was pregnant again with their third child and the pair chucked the divorce filing in the trash in 2019.

Not long after dismissing their divorce, the two were back at it again with another divorce filing.

Green confirmed the divorce in 2020 during an episode of his podcast saying, "Neither one of us did anything to each other. She's always been honest with me. I've always been honest with her. We've had an amazing relationship. I will always love her. And I know she will always love me, and I know as far as a family, what we have built is really cool and really special.”

By June the two were dating and in July the pair confirmed their relationship on the ‘Give Them Lala’ podcast with Lala Kent.

Earlier this week, The Blast reported on the couple’s engagement.

Megan posted a video of the engagement, which had multiple camera angles, to Instagram on Wednesday, January 12.

The punk rocker is seen dropping down to one knee underneath a banyan tree, which Megan revealed was the same spot where they sat in July 2020 after going official with their relationship.

MGK Proposes To Megan Fox

However, there’s a twist to this engagement story and video.

According to Page Six, MGK actually proposed to his future wife outside the Spa Botánico at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a “Hollywood proposal” without lights, cameras and a little bit of beautiful scenery.

The actress posted a video of the proposal to her Instagram on January 12. She captioned it, “In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time.

Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma. Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes. …and then we drank each other’s blood.”

Turns out their engagement was overshadowed by the blood drinking.
