Tiffany Haddish COPIES Ex Common's Post For Her On His Birthday

Tiffany Haddish celebrates Common's birthday on social media!

The stand-up comedian, 42, went on Instagram on Sunday to wish her ex-boyfriend the sweetest happy birthday, adding a picture of the rapper.

In the snap, Common, born Lonnie Rashid Lynn, who turned 50 on March 13, looked dashing in an all-red suit as he stood at a red carpet event.

"Happy Birthday to the King @common!" Haddish began.

She continued, "One of the most handsome, dynamic and wonderful men I have ever Known. May the most HIGH continue to bless and shine thru you," adding, "I Am wishing you Joy, Peace, Light, Love and fun on your born day! I hope you are Happy for 50 more years. Love!"

The post caught the attention of plenty of fans within hours after the "Night School" star shared it to her account. It amassed over 139,000 likes and more than 2,600 notes.

The sweet post also earned a response from the "John Wick: Chapter 2" actor, but he noticed something familiar.

"? I see what you did there. Thx Tiff!" Common wrote.

Turns out, Haddish copied his birthday tribute for her, which he posted on December 3.

Common uploaded a photo that showed her in a red outfit, adding a note: "Happy Birthday to the Queen @tiffanyhaddish! One of the most beautiful and dynamic and wonderful people I’ve ever known."

He continued, "May the most HIGH continue to bless and shine through you. Wishing you joy, love, peace, light, and fun on your born day. Love!"

Haddish's followers also took note of the similarities of their messages.

"She really just copied his exact happy birthday post he made for her ???? I love it ? this is great!" one commented.

"Well played. Classy with a hint of eff off. Just a hint. ???" remarked another user.

"I'm dead. It's the Melania Trumping his speech for me, my luv. ????" added the third commenter.

"Lmao You really copied his same caption for his birthday post to you," the fourth comment read.

The former couple called it quits in November 2021 after over a year of dating. In July 2020, Haddish confirmed the couple's relationship during an interview with Steve-O on his podcast "Steve-O's Wild Ride," noting that she met the rapper for the first time on the set of the 2019 film, "The Kitchen."

In an interview on "Hollywood Unlocked with Jason Lee Uncensored," Common said that the breakup was a "mutual" decision and called Haddish "one of the best people I've met in life."

"[Haddish is] one of the best-hearted and most authentic and caring people that I've met in life," he said in December 2021. "That's what made me love her and be in love with her and want to be in a relationship with her and grow with her."

Haddish admitted later that month on the same show that she missed the musician "from time to time."

"But that's with, I think, any intimate relationship that you might have, you miss them," she said in a clip shared by Entertainment Tonight Canada. "But I'm fine with it. It's cool."

Haddish added, "I wish him nothing but joy and happiness. He will always be cool."
