During the conversation with the publication, Kim shared what she believes is the best advice for businesswomen, but it hasn't been met with a lot of positivity from fans and some colleagues, such as Jameela Jamil.
Kim Kardashian Advises Businesswomen

She added that the new show would do well to showcase different sides of each member with a focus on their business ventures, education, and personal education.
Kim then shared what she believed what the best advice for women in business given her immense success in entrepreneurship and her net worth of $1.8 billion.
"I have the best advice for women in business. Get your f***ing a** up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days," she said. "You have to surround yourself with people that want to work. Have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do, because you have one life. No toxic work environments and show up and do the work."
Sisters Kourtney and Khloe supported Kim's advice sharing similar sentiments about how it is important to be surrounded by smarter people.
Unfortunately, Kim's advice didn't go well with many who accused the SKIMS founder of ignoring her privilege and labeling poorer women as "lazy."
Jameela Jamil Bashes Kim's Advice With Harsh Words
In response to Kim's advice, "The Good Place" star took to Twitter to slam her, writing, "I think if you grew up in Beverly Hills with super successful parents in what was simply a smaller mansion… nobody needs to hear your thoughts on success/work ethic."
Jamil continued, noting that the notion of everyone having the same 24 hours was a "nightmare." "99.9% of the world grew up with a VERY different 24 hours," she concluded.
The tweet has received about 37,000 likes, with many fans agreeing with Jamil. One fan wrote, "I'm curious how strong Kim's work ethic would be if we took away her assets, saddled her with oppressive loans, and made all her jobs pay minimum wage."
In response, the British actress noted, "Dude if we just took away their photoshop they wouldn't have what they have…."
"The Misery Index" didn't stop her rant on Twitter and took to Instagram to shed more light on her thought. In a lengthy caption, she wrote, "Not the day after IWD… They are a super impressive family of businesswomen and are products of a ridiculously good start and a genius manager in their mother as well as their own hard work and personal sacrifices."
She continued, mentioning that calling the Kardashians' source of income is questionable because of the unrealistic beauty standards and photoshop scandals they have been involved in.
Jamil insisted that no one shouldn't ask the Kardashian-Jenner clan about their secret to success. But, she then warned, "It's all obvious to everyone, and I hope nobody holds themselves to the standards of people who were raised by millionaires."
The actress ended her post, telling the Kardashian-Jenner clan to "just take the money, use it for good and chill the f**k out when lecturing others about grind and hustle. And learn how to brag without putting others down who have less."
Former Employee Calls Out Kardashians
Jessica DeFino, a former employee who has worked with the Kardashians, also called out Kim's statement and shed light on the toxic work environment.

In a Twitter post, DeFino wrote, "I was an editor on the Kardashian apps in 2015 in LA, worked days nights & weekends, could only afford groceries from the 99 Cents Only Store, called out "sick" more than once bc I couldn't put gas in my car to get to the office, & was reprimanded for freelancing on the side ❤️ ."
Elaborating on her experience, DeFino continued, noting that working with the Kardashians showed her "firsthand how the most famous women in the world Frankensteined an impossible standard of beauty, pushed the rest of us to "keep up" with them, weaponized that standard of beauty to sell products, and *still* never felt good enough."
Many agreed with DeFino's tweet, giving it more than 500K likes. Unfortunately, Kim is yet to respond to the immense backlash.
