On Thursday, the talented singer and actor took to Twitter to encourage his followers to see the film. In the caption, he wrote, “I recommend #TheAdamProject It’s a home run and will give you all the feels. Watch with your entire family and invite your neighbors too.”
“I recommend ‘The Adam Project’ directed by Shawn Levy,” Jackman began. “It comes out on Friday and it is a home run. It is good for everybody. Anybody can see this thing. And it will move you, it will make you laugh, it will make you cry, it is just a really, really beautiful story at the heart of it, the idea of being able to go back to your 12-year-old self and talk to them, confront them, counsel them, be there with them… that is at the heart of it and it is so brilliant.”
“Ryan Reynolds, I know, hurts me to say it, but you are brilliant in this. You are so good. The young man playing opposite him, Walker Scobell, fantastic, Mark Ruffalo, um, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, Catherine Keener… it’s an amazing cast, it’s a beautiful movie, and watch it with your family and just have your kids close by, because you’re gonna wanna hug ‘em.”

“Definitely send this to him on his birthday. And on your birthday. And maybe just randomly so he never knows when it's coming,” another joked.
“And now you are playing it on a loop over and over again I suppose🤣” another added.
“When Hugh is saying a compliment about you, he quickly glimpses to the side,” another noticed. “Are you there holding a kitten ransom?”
What Is ‘The Adam Project’ About?
To say I had the time of my life making this film would be an understatement. And a misleading reference to Dirty Dancing. #TheAdamProject on @Netflix March 11th. pic.twitter.com/5Y0sLzX2Bp

The teaser opens on a 12-year-old boy named Adam, played by Walker Scobell. He’s struggling with the loss of his father (Mark Ruffalo) and getting into trouble at school, which is causing his mother (Jennifer Garner) a great deal of concern.
One night, a strange man (Ryan Reynolds) enters his house. He knows his way around the house, he has the same scar, and he’s wearing his late father’s watch. Adam quickly realizes that he is talking to himself… from the future.
Reynolds explains to his younger self that “This world, our world, everything has already been changed” and they need to team up to “put the genie back in the bottle.”
The film is directed by Shawn Levy, who also directed Reynolds’ 2021 comedy “Free Guy.” The script was written by Jonathan Tropper, T.S. Nowlin, Jennifer Flackett, and Mark Levin.
The film is scheduled to make its debut on Netflix on Friday, March 11, and it seems that fans of Reynolds definitely plan to tune in!
