Chloe Cherry is opening up about her past struggles in the X-rated industry!
The actress and model previously starred in adult movies until she landed a promising role as Faye in season 2 of HBO's hit drama series, "Euphoria."
Now, the 24-year-old is reflecting on the wounds she received while working in the pornographic world and how these scars changed her life.
Chloe Cherry Battled With Eating Disorder While Working As A Pornographic Actress
During a recent episode of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, Cherry got candid about her previous occupation and how she developed an eating disorder.
The entertainer told Alex Cooper, the show's host, that her problems began at the tender age of 18 after her pornographic agent ridiculed her body. The pornstar-turned-actress said:
"It all started when this agent that I had when I was in porn said to my face that I was fat. He said, 'Everyone says that you're fat and the fastest way to lose weight is by not eating.'"
The HBO star recalled that these words left a deep impression on her as no one had ever criticized her physic, resulting in the model's obsession with weight loss.
The 24-year-old confessed that she adopted a strict vegan diet which limited her calories intake to 200 a day, and sometimes all she took was a single green juice.
Although this lifestyle was unhealthy, the TV personality justified her eating disorder by pretending she lived a healthy lifestyle by watching her calories.
Nonetheless, the entertainer began to feel "miserable" for not treating her body correctly and eventually overcame her problems by throwing dieting out the window.

The former X-rated actress stopped counting her calories and began eating whatever she desired, admitting that this freedom made her feel better than she had ever been before. In her words:
"I do not restrict my diet whatsoever. And that's why I think a lot of people don’t think that I went through an eating disorder because I’m skinnier now than I was even though I was starving myself then."
After battling and surviving an eating disorder, the blonde heartthrob advised people in the same situation to seek the services of mental health professional.
As for why she joined the adult film industry, the model revealed that she had always wanted to be a pornographic actress and described the profession as her calling.
Cherry explained that she was "born for porn," a phrase that meant the 24-year-old had a natural talent for the job, just as some people were gifted singers.
The Lancaster native added that her debut as an X-rated actress wasn't nerve-wracking because she knew it was meant to be and felt "super comfortable" while working.
Sam Levinson Accused Of Allowing Toxicity On "Euphoria" Series's Set

Earlier this month, The Blast reported that HBO's hit drama series "Euphoria" was under fire for having a toxic set.
Several sources claimed the production of the series' second season was unpleasant in various ways despite the show being the "most tweeted show of the decade."
"Euphoria" also earned the second spot as the most-watched show after HBO's "Game of Thrones." But these accolades couldn't hide the damaging accusations against the drama.
The majority of the backlash fell on Sam Levinson, the show's creator, who was allegedly responsible for creating an unhealthy work environment on the series' set.
Insiders claimed that the renowned filmmaker made the crew members work for at least 18 hours per day, a clear violation of the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) union guidelines.
As shared by The Blast, the SAG national board of directors previously announced that prolonged work hours could present "a very real danger to the health and safety" of their members.
Therefore, to ensure the wellbeing of the industry's labor force, the union unanimously approved the reduction of workdays and established a 12-hour maximum limit per day.
However, HBO claimed none of these accusations were true, explaining that the organization's top priority has always been the safety of its cast and crew members.
Jacob Elordi, who acts as Nate Jacobs on "Euphoria," also defended the series, stating that shooting for long hours was necessary for the popular show.
