HGTV Star Christina Haack Debuts New Look: 'All About That Shadow Work'

The past few months have been all about unveilings for HGTV star Christina Haack, from her engagement announcement to Joshua Hall to revealing upcoming new episodes for her show "Christina on the Coast."

Haack has previously experienced not such positive changes in her life involving her split from exes, Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead.

However, she is currently living life to the fullest and has unveiled yet another surprise, a new look, to her fans on Instagram. 

Several hours ago, Haack showed off her new hairdo as she had darkened some parts of her blonde tresses and included a woven fishtail. The photo revealed the star grinning with her eyes closed. She captioned the post with:

"All about that shadow work. And the shadow root. Fresh color + locks @glamgoddessnikki."

Her new look got fans enthused as they flooded the comments with all kinds of heart emojis. Several called her gorgeous and commended the fresh tones of her hair. 

A fan wrote, "I love that you're going darker! Looks fabulous!" while another remarked, "So beautiful, love the fishtail."

This will not be the first revelation of the TV personality this month as she previously shared the good news of the revival of her HGTV show "Christina on the Coast."

The Blast reported that the show was put on hold late last year, but the star promised more episodes this year. Haack was pretty thrilled and looked forward to showcasing her incredible skills. The talented realtor announced:

"Well, the day has come. I can finally share that ‘Christina on the Coast’ has been picked up for more episodes coming your way in 2022! I’m super excited to get back to work and show you all the amazing renovations we have lined up!"

"Christina on the Coast" started in 2019, and it centers on house flipping, real estate, and interior designs, of which Haack has quite the talent. 

Avid viewers of the show were glad for the revival, including her fiancé Hall, whom she got engaged to last September.

They were rumored to have also gotten married after Haack mentioned that she was building a life with him in a January post. 

The timing was believed to be pretty close to when she announced their engagement, which gained criticism. The 38-year-old was not too concerned as she basked in the positivity of her relationship.

In November, the news outlet reported that Haack sold a significant property, the house she shared with Anstead. Anstead is her ex-husband, whom she divorced in September 2020.

Before selling the property, she planned on touching it up with new designs. However, she got an irresistible offer that led to the house and the furniture sales.

Anstead supported her decision and believed it was the right thing to do. The former couple shared memories in the house as they acquired it together. 

With their past together, selling the property seemed like a good idea to help them move on with their lives and from the past.

Last October, Haack opened up about a health issue she struggled with for a while. It started with severe stomach pain before she found out the real problem.

The Blast confirmed she battled the medical issue on and off since 2016. Medical experts ruled stress as the cause of the pain, and they prescribed several drugs to help.

Haack believed the pills were concealing the condition, so she worked on her diet to improve her health and was later introduced to a different medic.  

The professional carried out further extensive tests on her, and at the time, the results were not out, but she wanted to update her fans.

On her road to recovery, fans, including Hall, showed their undying support as they sent her uplifting messages. The caring beau expressed how much he loved her while also wishing her well.

Haack's supporters were quick to notice the former cop's sweet words as they showered him with admiring comments.

One described Hall as a great man, mentioning that not many great men would take care of the star. The fan also advised the couple to always be there for each other.

Another fan called him amazing and was glad the real estate agent was Haack's love of her life. Several others wished her a speedy recovery and urged Hall to take care of her.
