“My [TikTok] algorithm is baby goats,” confessed the Kentucky native.
She also added that she had videos dedicated to the countryside as she frequently daydreams of her life away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
“It’s basically just farm life, so cats, animals, farm life, a couple of recipes—but really it’s pretty much strictly animals,” she concluded.
When asked by host Krista Smith if she’d like to give a shout-out to any Tiktoker, she gushed about Rachel Pyle, who managed the account @themommyfarmer.
“Her goat had triplets,” she raved. “And there was a really tiny one that we didn’t think was going to make it through the night. And she did and her name is Ruthie and she is doing beautifully.”
However, it’ll appear that Lawrence isn’t the only one who loves her. As of 2022, Pyle has accrued over two million followers on Tiktok through videos that depict her day-to-day life on the farm and her fifty farm animals.
This Isn’t The First Time Jennifer Lawrence Has Talked About Apps
In January, the actress admitted that her favorite and most used app was Tiktok.
“Oh, God, I hate the answer, but TikTok, yeah,” she replied while on the “Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
When he asked if she made videos on the app, she interjected, “No! I don’t make TikToks! Oh my god, can you imagine? No. No.”
In 2018, she admitted having accounts on several social media, but they were private.
“But I’m a voyeur: I watch, I don’t speak,” she told Instyle at the time. “I don’t want to put myself out there for no reason. Unless I’m promoting something or something really burns my onions, you won’t hear from me.”
In 2014, she told BBC Radio that she might never get Twitter due to how complex it was.
“I’m not very good with phones or technology. I cannot really keep up with emails so the idea of Twitter is so unthinkable to me.”
However, she joined the app six years later for a good cause, supporting Represent Us— a grassroots organization that advocates against social and political injustice.
Lawrence Is Also Obsessed With Reality Shows
The Oscar winner also admitted to being an avid consumer of reality TV. She’s such a fan that when asked by Oprah Winfrey about stars she’d like to have dinner with, she bashfully confessed, “Scott Disick [from ], Luann [de Lesseps] from Real Housewives of New York,” Lawrence admitted. “And Bethenny Frankel.”
Although she wasn’t proud of that, she added that her choices were from her heart.
Lawrence also told VanityFair in 2018 of her desire to build her own Reality TV company.
“I have been toying with the idea of becoming a billionaire and I’d like to start my own TV network.”
She added that her first Reality TV would be named “Breakup Island.”
“I can’t tell you the details, but there are very distinct cast members like The Bachelor, between the ages of 20 and 50, who you stay with and care about.”
She added, “My agent was laughing at me when I told him. But I am clearly obsessed.”
Lawrence Became A Mother Last Month
In February, Lawrence welcomed her first child with her husband, Cooke Maroney. The 31-year-old actress admitted to keeping her pregnancy quiet as she wanted to protect her child’s privacy as much as she could.
“I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence, and I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work,” the “Red Sparrow” star told In Touch in 2021. “Every instinct in my body wants to shelter my baby for the rest of their lives.”
She also mentioned that she wanted to keep her private life as private as possible.
“If I was at a dinner party, and somebody was like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!'” she quipped.
The Sex Of The Baby Isn’t Known Yet
The actress’ representative confirmed her pregnancy in 2021, and an insider added that Jennifer couldn’t wait to become a mom. She also mentioned that keeping the secret was hard for the “Silver Linings Playbook” star.
“She’s over the moon about being pregnant. [When] they finally got the news, the good old-fashioned way with an at-home pregnancy test, Jennifer was ready to scream it from the rooftops,” the insider gushed. “Thankfully, Cooke is the more levelheaded of the two and told her to pump the brakes and wait until she was in at least her second trimester.”
However, the name and gender of the child hasn’t been announced yet.
