The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are standing with Ukraine.

Ukraine has been under attack by Russia since late February.

Russia first attacked Ukraine on February 24 and has continued its attack ever since.

Prince William and Kate Middleton made a visit to the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Holland Park in London on Wednesday, March 9.

The royals visited the center to learn about the extraordinary efforts being made to support Ukrainians in the UK and across Europe.

William and Kate assisted in packaging of donated items that will be used to provide aid where it is most needed.

They met with members of the Ukrainian community and volunteers, and heard about the services being offered.

William and Kate were also able to see the incredible amount of donations the center has received.

The Ukrainian Cultural Center are facing challenges to provide aid given the current climate of the country.

They were shown around by Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Kingdom, Vadym Prystaiko and his wife Inna Prystaiko.

They Met With Members Of The Ukrainian Community

Other famous faces getting involved in providing aid to Ukraine are Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.

The Blast recently reported on the couple’s pledge to raise and donate $30 million to the ravaged country.

The actress is from Chernivsti, Ukraine which is a western city of the country known for the Chernivsti National University.

In a video posted to Instagram she said, “I was born in Cherivsti in 1983 and I came to America in 1991. I have always considered myself and American, a proud American. I love everything this country’s done for myself and my family, but today I’ve never been more proud to be a Ukrainian.”

Ashton chimed in saying, “I’ve never been more proud to be married to a Ukrainian.”

Mila continued, “The events that have unfolded in Ukraine are devastating. There is no place in this world for this unjust attack on humanity.”

Mila & Ashton Are Raising $30M For Ukraine

Her husband took over and said, “And while we witness the bravery of the people of the country she was born in, we are also witness to the needs of those who have chosen safety. We are raising funds to support a relief effort that will have an immediate impact and supply much needed refugee and humanitarian to the area.”

Ashton continued to explain how housing and supplies are scarce.

“We need to get housing and we need to get supplies and resources into the area,” he said.

Mila interjected saying, “So, Ashton and I have decided to match up to $3M worth of donations to Airbnb.org and Flexport.org through GoFundMe.org in an effort to raise $30M dollars.”

As of this writing, their GoFundMe has raised $19,018, 200 of $30,000,000.

Mila and Ashton’s $3M donate is included in the current donation.

The fundraiser, which they created on behalf of GoFundMe.org, will benefit Airbnb.org for providing housing to Ukrainian refugees, and Flexport.org, which is organizing shipments of supplies to those refugees.
