During a recent interview, the rapper gushed about his respect for the plus-sized singer and even revealed a heartwarming nickname he specially coined for the "Juice" singer.
DaBaby Showers Praises On Lizzo
DaBaby made a recent appearance on "The Breakfast Club" and showed love to Lizzo. When asked if he would want to go on a date with Lizzo, the "BOP" rapper blushed sweetly and dropped the bomb about what he calls her.
"Lizzo knows what time it is...I call her 'Lisexy.' That's her new name," DaBaby revealed before urging the hosts to please refer to Lizzo as Lisexy for the time of the interview. When one of the hosts asked if he had directly made a move on Lizzo, the Ohio native noted that the "Hustlers" actress wholly accepted the moniker.
As for whether he is interested in dating Lizzo romantically, DaBaby clarified that his love for the "Truth Hurts" songstress was purely inspired by respect for her self-confidence.
I ain't tripping I have so much respect for that woman it ain't even that. I just wanna appreciate her existence.
DaBaby was then interrupted by the hosts, who mocked him for blushing so hard at the mention of Lizzo's name. After the interruption, he continued, "Lizzo is a beautiful woman. She has supreme confidence. I love it, you know what I am saying. I feel like that s**t is so beautiful. No cap, I love how confident she is and know she is so beautiful."
Lizzo has yet to comment on DaBaby's remarks, but fans lauded the rapper for speaking positively about Lizzo. One fan wrote, "HELL YEAH I AGREE WITH HIM!!! I love he's showing her so much love and respect," while another added, "Lizzo fine asf i dont blame him lol."

However, not all netizens were on board with DaBaby speaking about his Lizzo, given his history with women, Megan Thee Stallion and DaniLeigh. One user warned, "Leave Lizzo alone! She don't need Da Baby & his problems. WE ain't forget how he did Dani.. Move along…"
Lizzo Shows Off Her Major Curves
DaBaby's remarks come on the heels of Lizzo's jaw-dropping social media post. The Blast previously reported that the singer blessed fans with a steamy bikini post on Instagram.
The Grammy winner showed off her bikini body in a series of images while enjoying a sunny day in a pool. The first slide saw Lizzo donning a stylish gold two-piece bikini that featured a cross-rope pattern at the waist area.
Lizzo stood proudly in the water with her manicured nails resting on the surface of the pool as she gave a fierce look. Her brown hair was packed into a curly, messy bun, with tresses gracing the top of her face. In another slide, she raised her hands behind her head as she smiled sweetly.
Lizzo changed her pose in the third frame, giving her 12 million followers a closer view of her perky derriere. The final snap in the carousel was a video of the singer adjusting her bikini while making inaudible sounds. The sizzling post was captioned, "Back to work."

Lizzo Talks Aftermath Of TED Talk
Earlier this month, Lizzo opened up about the immense aftermath of her viral TED Talk on the history of twerking. Lizzo referenced Miley Cyrus' famous twerk dance at the 2013 VMAs that seemingly put the act on the map during the talk.
"Once mainstream, twerking was misunderstood and taken out of context. It was bittersweet. For one, I wish that a black woman could have popularized twerking in the mainstream," Lizzo stated during the TED talk.
Now, months after the talk, Lizzo, during an interview with People Magazine, shared how her mention of Cyrus received many praises, including one from the "Hannah Montana" star.
I mention Miley Cyrus in my TED Talk. And I'm very delicate with how I mention her because, at the end of the day, I didn't want to have any bias in the way I talked about how she brought twerking to the mainstream," she explained. "The messenger is kind of how this thing spread like it did — seeing her at the VMAs. And I saw her recently, and she was like, 'I watched your TED Talk, and I really loved it. Thank you for that.'"
