Travis Barker Embraces Step Daddy Duties With Sweet Response To Penelope Disick

With Travis Barker's engagement and upcoming wedding to his soulmate Kourtney Kardashian, he would be gaining three lovely kids to his family.

Kardashian is a mother to two sons, Mason Dash, 12, and Reign Aston, 7, and a daughter Penelope Scotland, 9, whom she shares with her estranged ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

It seems the "Stay Together For The Kids" artist has already gotten the hang of being a stepfather to his fiance's kids, as seen in a heartwarming social media interaction with his soon-to-be stepdaughter.

Barker and Kardashian make for a lovely blended family with his 22-year-old stepchild, Atiana De La Hoya, and his children, 18-year-old Landon and 16-year-old Alabama.

While posting a photo dump earlier on Instagram this month, the socialite included an adorable pencil drawing that Penelope made of her fiancé.

The 9-year-old's sketch was pretty spot on as she paid attention to details in the "Blink-182" drummer's portrait, such as his facial and neck inks.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum captioned the post, "weekend ?????✝️," and her doting partner did not miss the update.

Barker acknowledged Penelope's post in a heartwarming way. He made the drawing his profile photo on his social media pages and also uploaded the image.

The "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket" artist showed that his soon-to-be stepdaughter's sketch of him touched his heart when he tweeted a picture of it writing, "#NewProfilePic." So cute!"

Barker could not help but show off Penelope's drawing again. He uploaded the image to his Instagram Story, gushing, "I love this Penelope" with a smiley face emoji.

Barker and Kardashian are not afraid to tune into the fun side of their relationship. Such was the case when the fiancée decided to play a mischievous prank on her man.

Included in the Poosh founder's Instagram photo dump on Monday, March 7, were images of her successful toilet paper prank on the "All The Small Things" musician.

Kardashian recruited her daughter for the teepeeing event and captured a picture of the nine-year-old excitedly running across the front lawn of the Calabasas property, eager to throw more toilet paper rolls on the grass.

The toilet papers sat near a large palm tree covered in lights and poked fun at the "Enema of The State Artist," spelling out, "Got You, LOL Haha.” 

Kardashian is living in her happiest and healthiest chapter of life yet with an engagement to the love of her life and the success of her Poosh brand.

Earlier this month, The Blast disclosed that the TV personality got candid about how she is no longer the version of herself that fans were accustomed to on the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" series.

In a recent interview with Bustle, the socialite spoke on her character, famous for being moody, sarcastic, and quick to react, admitting that she now feels and perceives the world around her differently.

On the famous E! reality series, the mother-of-three engaged in a physical altercation with her sister Kim on camera and became estranged from her family during her therapy period.

Kardashian credited her time on the famous reality series to negatively impacting her personality and putting her in an unhappy state of mind. In her words:

"Shooting our show, it became a really toxic environment for me. I would fight with my sisters. There was, like, just a lot going on. And even for me personally, I wasn’t in the happiest place."

This uncomfortable environment made the TV personality do all she could to get through each episode. She recounted the filming experience, noting that she would give herself a pep talk before walking in.

As it turns out, there is a silver lining to all of Kardashian's time on the show. She explained:

 "I see the growth that comes from those unhappy places which make it all worth it. I’m like, ‘If we didn’t go through all of these rollercoasters, you wouldn’t get to the good part."

Kardashian now projects positive energy and looks forward to her impending nuptials with the "What's My Name Again" artist.

The socialite and her man will be featured in the upcoming "Kardashians" series on Hulu. Fans will also get an insight into her Poosh brand.
