Phoebe Waller-Bridge is back with what her fans want. She has now made a deal with Amazon Prime Video to create a follow-up series on 'Fleabag'. This comes out of a larger three-year contract that Phoebe Waller-Bridge made with Amazon Studios.

This will be the first series made under the three-year contract. With shows like 'Fleabag' and 'Killing Eve', both of which were created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Prime Video became a front-runner in original content. Phoebe won three Prime Time Emmys, while 'Killing Eve' and 'Fleabag' garnered a total of seven Prime Time Emmys that year. It was purely natural of Amazon Studios to grab Phoebe so that no other platform could steal her from them.

What's Phoebe Doing Now?

After 'Fleabag', Phoebe also wrote 'Killing Eve'. 'Killing Eve' also had its fair share of accolades and awards. These two shows completely made a star out of Phoebe. She then co-wrote 'No Time To Die', and will now star in the new 'Indiana Jones 5'.

Phoebe even made a debut on SNL recently. Her monologue was obviously colored with a tinge of 'Fleabag-ian' humor. About performing of SNL, she said:

'I’m from the UK, which means I find everything embarrassing. And this monologue is probably the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever done. And standing in front of a Jazz band in high heels on live television, joking about my accomplishments – actually, that sounds pretty fun. Anyway, when I asked, do we have to do this bit? They said, yes, it’s part of your visa.'

She even joked about her shows and how they etch her personality:'I wrote and acted in a TV show called ‘Fleabag’. It’s about a woman who is trying to navigate her life in London. People often assume that I’m like the character, Fleabag. Simply because I wrote it. Sexually depraved, foul-mouthed, and dangerous. And I always have to say, “Yes, you’re absolutely right.” In fact, everything I write has a degree of truth. And every project is different. I’m not a sex addict because I wrote ‘Fleabag’ but I did write ‘Killing Eve’ because I’m a psychopath. My most exciting ex-boyfriend wrote nothing but was both.'
