Singer Avril Lavigne just got a special bouquet of flowers from a “forever fan.”
‘AMAZING’ Avril Lavigne Receives Flowers From Taylor Swift
On Thursday, E! News revealed that the “I Bet You Think About Me” singer sent a large bouquet of pink, white, and peach-colored flowers in order to celebrate her new album, “Love Sux.”
Reportedly, the flowers came with a signed note from Taylor, saying, “Avril, Been dancing around my kitchen to your fabulous new album!!! It’s AMAZING, like you.” She signed the card, “Your forever fan, Taylor.”
The “Complicated” singer’s latest album, “Love Sux” dropped on February 25. It was her last album since 2019’s “Head Above Water.” Her seventh studio album includes twelve tracks with collaborations from Machine Gun Kelly, Mark Hoppus, and Blackbear. Travis Barker helped produce the album.
Both Barker and Kelly joined the “Girlfriend” singer at Roxy Theatre the day after the album dropped to celebrate its release. Kourtney Kardashian and Megan Fox were also in the crowd to show their support as well.
Avril celebrate the event with a few Instagram snaps from the night, writing, “Last night’s album release party was a RAGER. So glad I got to celebrate it with all my friends and collaborators who made this album possible. Thank you to SiriusXM and Pandora for hosting our party. I hope everyone is enjoying LOVE SUX! 🧡🖤🧡🖤🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻”

Although fans are enjoying the album, Avril had disappointing news for her European fans who were looking forward to seeing her perform this summer.
Avril Lavigne Postpones 'Love Sux' Tour: ‘I Know It Will Be Worth The Wait’
At the beginning of February, the “Love It When You Hate Me” singer posted a long message to her Instagram page to let her Europe and U.K. fans who had been looking forward to seeing her perform know that her tour was, unfortunately, postponed until 2023.
“I have some unfortunate news to share with you all about my UK and European dates,” the message began. “I have to make the difficult decision to postpone this tour until 2023.”
“Due to the on-going issues surrounding the pandemic, there are a series of travel and venue restrictions from country to country that have made the tour not possible to happen,” she continued. “It’s not an easy decision, but it’s one that will help ensure that we are able to play every single date of the tour, put on the best show possible at full capacity, and operate in a safe environment.”
“It really breaks my heart to have to do this but I know it will be worth the wait,” she added.
“The tour is now rescheduled for April-May 2023,” she added at the bottom of the post. “All existing tickets are valid for the new dates. You can find all the updated info at www.avrillavigne.com.”
Fans Say 'The Whole Year Is Ruined' Due To COVID-19 Concert Delays
Many fans expressed disappointment in the cancelation. One fan commented, “The whole year is ruined at this point.”
“While I respect this, I would argue that the UK is one of the most open countries in the world so there really isn’t a need to delay the UK leg of the tour,” another argued.
“So sorry you had to reschedule but it’s for the best,” another added.
“Be safe,” another fan chimed in.
“By the time we actually get there I would have had tickets for 4 years - I’m so p---ed,” another fan wrote, commenting on the frequent rescheduling brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Well it is not like she wanted this to happen,” another fan argued. “Some countries like the Netherlands where I am from have not allowed concerts in a very long time. Her concert would have been during the end of this month in Amsterdam but we are still in lockdown and no concert is allowed. With the pandemic it is impossible to schedule an Europe tour because every country has its own restrictions and rules and everything changes so fast. She is thinking about hers and ours health and we can't blame her for that.”
Although it will be a while before they can watch Avril take the stage once again, at least they have the album to keep them going until then!
