She made the proclamation while expressing her delight at the news that Jackson will feature alongside Lizzy Caplan in a Paramount + TV series version of "Fatal Attraction." Additionally, she pointed out she anticipated viewing her husband engage in a steamy tryst on-screen.
"I'm looking forward to seeing my spouse fucking on TV once more." Turner-Smith told the news publication. "I'm like, let's go," she added.
While the content is "quite gloomy," the "Queen & Slim" star went on to label Jackson as "hot" in the Paramount + program.
About her husband's "Fatal Attraction" character, Turner-Smith said, "He fucks around on his wife, and only because she goes nuts does he sort of figure out that he needs to redeem himself."
She added, "I love to see him do stuff where he can continue to lean into the idea of him as the sex symbol that he is because he's a sex symbol."
'Fatal Attraction'
According to Deadline, "Fatal Attraction" was scripted by Alexandra Cunningham alongside Kevin J. Hynes. Cunningham also stars in a vital role as showrunner and will join the production team alongside Hynes and Amblin Television presidents Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey.
The series addresses the perennial themes of marriage and adultery through the perspective of current perceptions regarding strong women, personality disorders, and controlling behavior. Jackson will portray Dan Gallagher, focusing on his lover's (Caplan) passion after their brief sexual encounter.
In the upcoming show, both Caplan and Jackson will reunite with David Nevins, who selected them as headliners in the Showtime series "Masters of Sex" and "The Affair," respectively. Nevins also handles scripted shows for Paramount+ alongside his job functions as Chief Content Officer, Scripted Originals, Paramount+ & Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Showtime Networks.
