‘Love Is Blind’ Natalie Lee Accepts Shayne Jansen’s Apology: ‘Thank You For Loving Me For ME’

It seems like Natalie Lee might be willing to give it another shot!

Although she seemed all set to marry Shayne Jansen at the altar, the couple had a huge blow-up the night before the wedding. Harsh words were exchanged and Natalie discovered that she couldn’t forgive Shayne for what he said and left him hanging at the altar.

Although plenty of fans supported Natalie’s decision, it seems Shayne understands where he went wrong and penned a thoughtful apology on Instagram.

On Sunday, Shayne took to Instagram to pen a thoughtful message to his ex-fiancée.

“Natalie Mina Lee. Where do I start?” he began. “This journey with you will be something I’ll never forget. It was easily the best time of my life and I would do it all over again knowing I get to spend more time with you.”

“From our first date eating in-n-out and you getting both milkshakes to our walks around grant park. You are the most beautiful soul and you really brought out the best in me as a man,” he continued. “As a man watching our story over again I’m remorseful for my actions and all I can do is learn from them to be a better man. I’m proud of being vulnerable and being as genuine as possible. I don’t know what’s next for us but I do know that I will never stop loving you.”

He also addressed rumors that he was seeing another pod member, Shaina Hurley, who admitted that she had some “regrets” that she wasn’t more honest and open about her feelings towards Shayne while they were still on the show.

“To put some other rumors to rest, Shaina and I are cordial and have hung out in group gatherings with the cast (with Natalie), but we have never had nor will ever have a romantic relationship,” he wrote. “I wish her all the best.”

Many familiar faces from this season popped up in the comments to show their support for Shayne.

“So beautifully written ? “ Deepti wrote. Deepti had also left her fiancé, Shake, at the altar.

“Love u both!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️” Danielle wrote. Danielle went through with her marriage to Nick and has expressed disappointment with the way Netflix portrayed her anxiety on the show.

“Real talk! Proud of you my friend!” Nick commented.

Shaina commented, “Thank you for taking the stance on finally clearing this up!! Wish nothing but the best for the both of you individually and together ??”

“You are a better man ❤️” Natalie commented. Shortly after, she penned a response of her own.

On Monday, Natalie penned her own touching tribute back to Shayne.

“Thank you to everyone for your love and support as you’ve followed our love story these last few weeks!” she began. “I am so grateful for all of your supportive messages and comments ❤️”

“And to @shaynejansen - I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this,” she continued. “We may have had our ups and downs, but you have always protected me and had my back. And thank you for loving me for ME, and always encouraging me to embrace and love my flaws.”

“When I told you I was self conscious about my deep stretch marks, you told me everyday after you loved them and they were beautiful,” she added. “Even if I did this experiment a thousand times knowing the outcome, I would have always chosen you.”

Although Shayne and the other cast mates have yet to comment on the post, many fans felt that the couple should give it another shot.

“It’s really clear as a viewer the deep impact you’ve had on each other which in itself is so beautiful — together or not.?” one fan wrote.

“May you both figure this out and if you find your back to each other then it’s meant to be,” another commented. “I hope you both find true happiness and the love y’all both deserve. You both were so fun to watch!!! ❤️❤️❤️”
