Thankfully in 2019, Leviev was arrested for his horrible acts just not the ones he committed against these women. He was arrested for using a forged passport and sentenced to 16 months in jail in Israel for not only the passport fraud but previous undisclosed fraud charges as well.

He served five months and came out allegedly still scamming. Of course, Leviev has denied that he conned anyone. As for his victims, Sjöholm states he truly is not interested in making things right with her or other victims. In fact, he is using this media storm to talk about himself.

“You can hear him talk even now in the interview. ‘This has been very hard for me’ — it’s just ‘me, me, me.’”
