Jennifer Lawrence Dating History: All The Guys Before Cooke Maroney

Actress Jennifer Lawrence just welcomed her first child with her husband, Cooke Maroney!

In 2019, “The Hunger Games” actress married the art dealer at a small ceremony in Rhode Island. This is their first child together.

TMZ broke the news on Wednesday night, although little is known about their new bundle of joy so far. Although public records say that the “Silver Linings Playbook” actress gave birth in Los Angeles county, the gender of the baby, the exact day she gave birth, and the name are all unknown. Representatives have not returned any requests for comment at this time.

The “Don't Look Up” actress has been very careful about how much she chooses to reveal about her private life in recent years.

“I have all of these new accessories added to my life that I obviously want to protect,” she told Vanity Fair last year. “Every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can. I don’t want anyone to feel welcome into their existence. And I feel like that just starts with not including them in this part of my work.”

Although fans are respecting JLaw's wishes and are letting her introduce her baby to her fans on her own terms, many have been taking a look back at her dating history to see all the guys she dated before she finally found The One!

Lawrence and actor Nicholas Hoult first met on the set of "X-Men: First Class" and starred in the franchise together. She called Hoult "her best friend" and told Elle that they would "turn into two perverted Homer Simpsons" when they spent time together.

"We can eat Cheetos and watch beach volleyball and we turn into two perverted Homer Simpsons, like, 'Oh, she's got a nice a--,'" she said. "I never thought we'd have such different opinions on a--es."

Although they dated for almost five years, it seems like their busy schedules just put an end to their relationship.

"When we're busy, we agree to mutually ignore each other," she told Marie Claire. "Not completely, but neither of us gets mad when the other doesn't text back or call. Life's super-busy. Obviously, you know what they're doing, and you trust them."

When they finally called it quits for good, E! News reported, "They spent a lot of time apart because of work, and it was difficult on their relationship."

Some fans were shocked when the "Red Sparrow" actress started dating Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who is also Gwyneth Paltrow's ex. The two started dating in 2014, then broke it off for a few months, then got back together again, and finally called it quits by August 2015.

According to PEOPLE, a source for the "Yellow" singer revealed that it just wasn't working out.

"Chris doesn’t really want the relationship to end, but he needs to be flexible so he can see his family as much as possible with his own work schedule," said one source. "He’s crazy about Jen but wants to keep his own schedule and be able to do what he wants when he wants to do it."

However, a source for Jen told the outlet that the "Passengers" actress was "tired of Chris being so noncommittal." The source added, "Jennifer’s been pretty good about sharing Chris with his family, in part because she has been too busy herself to have it become a real problem, but she still wants to see more of him."

In short, it sounds like things just didn't work out!

"The Hunger Games" fans were begging for Katniss and Gale to end up together in real life since Katniss ended up with Peeta in the book series and films, but it doesn't look like anything came of their relationship.

Although the two costars never confirmed that they had ever started dating officially, Jennifer Lawrence did admit that she had made out with Liam Hemsworth when the cameras weren't rolling.

During an interview with Andy Cohen, he mentioned, "It has recently been rumored that you and Liam Hemsworth had some PDA at the Waverly Inn. Have you two ever kissed when the cameras weren’t rolling?"

"Liam and I grew up together. Liam’s real hot," Lawrence replied. "What would you have done?" Shen then admitted, "Yeah, I have." Many fans loved JLaw's new creative role in "Mother!" Shortly after the film ended, she was linked with the movie's director, Darren Aronofsky. Although the couple dated for a full year, they called it quits in October 2017.

In an interview with Variety's "Actors on Actors" series, Lawrence revealed that they were polar opposites with the way they handled the "Mother!" press tour.

"Normally, I promote a movie, ask people to go see it, and then it’s just out of your hands," she explained. "I normally just kind of let it go. Dating the director was different. We’d be on the tour together, I’d come back to the hotel, and the last thing I want to talk about or think about is a movie."

"He comes back from the tour, and that’s all he wants to talk about and I get it, it's his baby. He wrote it. He conceived it. He directed it," she continued. "I was doing double duty trying to be a supportive partner, while also being like, 'Can I please, for the love of God, not think about mother! for one second?'"

JLaw was first seen out and about with Cooke Maroney, an art dealer, in June 2018. By October, they attended the premiere for "The Favourite" together and attended a New York Rangers game.

By January 2019, fans spotted JLaw wearing a ring while out and about on a date in New York City, and a source confirmed that they were engaged. In October 2019, they hosted a small, private wedding at a Rhode Island mansion. Only 150 people were reported to have been in attendance.
