Brian Austin Green & Sharna Burgess Are Having A Boy: 'We Are Really Excited!'

More than a month after his ex-wife Megan Fox broke the internet with the news of her engagement, Brian Austin Green has big news of his own!

Weeks after breaking the news that he and his girlfriend Sharna Burgess are expecting, the actor shared the gender of his unborn child with the rest of the world!

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star took to Instagram hours ago to do the gender reveal for him and Burgess' unborn child. Green uploaded a heartwarming photo of his hand resting sweetly on Burgess' baby bump.

Both their heads were framed out of the picture, but the "DWTS" pro-dancer rocked a cream dress with floral patterns while Green opted for a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves paired with beige pants.

The lovely photo was taken at the beachside with the sunset shining through the space between Green's hand and Burgess' burgeoning bump. The actor shared the great news in the accompanying caption, writing:

We want to thank everyone for the amazingly kind well wishes ❤️ we are really excited to be welcoming a baby boy on or around the 4th of July.

He concluded, telling his beloved girlfriend that he couldn't wait to see her hold their baby. On the other hand, Burgess shared a black-and-white photo of Green and his children — Bodhi, Journey, Noah, except Kassius — cradling her bump.

And suddenly, my world would never be the same. Forever greater, forever expanded, and deeper. Forever abundant and unconditional," Burgess gushed. She referred to the little one as Baby Boy July 4th (ish) 2022 before praising her baby daddy.

She declared her immense love for Green and the family they are raising, wondering how they got so lucky. She also tagged Kassius, who was missing from the photo, letting him know they would reshoot the picture with him.

The soon-to-be newest addition marks the fifth son for Green — who shares three sons with ex-wife Fox and welcomed his oldest son from a previous relationship — and the first for the ballroom dancer.

The lovebirds first broke the news of their pregnancy in early February when a photo of them on vacation in Hawaii went viral. Green was seen cradling his girlfriend's belly as they looked lovingly into each other's eyes.

The news of their pregnancy comes a year and four months after the couple debuted their relationship. Green and Burgess connected romantically when the former was one of the contestants in season 30 of "Dancing with the Stars."

Burgess was Green's professional partner, and the chemistry between the pair on the dancefloor was undeniable. That chemistry soon transcended into real life, and they debuted their romance five months after Green's split from Fox.

At the early stages of their relationship, many tagged the romance a PR stunt as Fox had moved to Machine Gun Kelly at the time. However, Burgess shut down the claims, saying their love was not a "showmance."

As The Blast previously covered, the ballroom dancer shared a provocative photo of her grabbing Green's buttocks on the dancefloor alongside a declaration that read, "this isn't a showmance, this is real life love, and it's a part of our journey."

The couple indeed proved the haters wrong when they celebrated their first dating anniversary in October 2021. Green took to social media to mark the milestone. He shared a darkened image of him and Burgess looking lovingly into each other's eyes.

"1 year of accepting me in a way I've never been loved before ❤️ #damnimlucky," he gushed in the accompanying caption. The couple's gender reveal comes a week after Green and Fox's divorce was finalized.

As you might know, the former lovers were married for ten years before calling it quits.

Now that the divorce is finalized, Fox has the green light to walk down the aisle with MGK. It, however, remains unsure if Burgess and Green are looking to take their relationship to the next level, especially with a child on the way. Only time will tell!
