"Happy Birthday Magical One!๐๐ฅณ" the Academy Award winner wrote. "Oh how I love you. #waitforit."
The share instantly racked up over 296,000 likes from their fans. However, it only had one comment from Rita Wilson, who also wished Emma a "Happy happy day!!!!" as Julia limited the number of messages on her post. That said, the "American Horror Story" actress was not able to respond to her aunt, but she made a thank you post on her page.

On Being Compared To Her Famous Aunt
Emma has talked about her famous aunt in several interviews. Recently, she opened up about her relationship with the "Notting Hill" actress during the March 2022 cover story of Tatler Magazine, explaining why she never felt pressured to match Julia's acting career.
"I never aspired to be her," Emma said. "I love her so much, I love her work, but I'm just doing my own thing."
She also recalled memories where she would accompany the movie star on sets of her movies, such as Erin Brockovich and America's Sweethearts.
Sweet Memories
"I'd write the wardrobe tags and organize the makeup brushes and watch how they did their continuity books," Emma shared. "I would ask questions without a filter. This industry really is 'learn as you go.'"
During that time, she would also hide inside her trailer when it's time for her to go home.
"I would hide," the "Nerve" star told Allure in December 2015. "I'd run and hide in her makeup trailer and hear, 'Where's Emma? It's time for bed! She has to go home!'"
Growing In The Entertainment Industry
Emma started acting when she was nine in Ted Demme's 2001 drama film "Blow." She then starred on Nickelodeon's "Unfabulous" while also starring in family-friendly films, such as "Aquamarine" in 2006, "Nancy Drew" in 2007, and "Hotel for Dogs" in 2009. She told Tatler last month that she was excited to take on different, darker roles when Ryan Murphy, creator of American Horror Story and Scream Queens, gave her the chance.
In 2013, Julia revealed to the Los Angeles Times how her niece has handled fame.
"When she comes to stay with us, I always think, 'Please let her be the same' โ and she is still the same magical girl she used to be," she said of the then-22-year-old. "I think so much of it has to do with your intentions in taking on a business like this. If you have a pure view of what you want to accomplish, I think you can maintain your sense of self."
