Helena Christensen sent temperatures soaring with her most recent social media post.
The Danish supermodel, 53, took to Instagram to share three hot new snaps that saw her clad in skimpy lingerie that put her enviable body front and center.
Defying Age
In the first photo, Christensen posed with her body slightly angled to the side as she smiled and gazed at something off-camera. The brunette beauty stood sideways in the next slide and placed her hands behind her back while looking down. She struck a pose by popping her hip to the left as she looked straight at the lens.
Christensen looked nothing short of gorgeous in a scanty soft lavender teddy that perfectly accentuated her insane physique. The risqué ensemble was made of sheer fabric with intricate lace patterns. The straps clung to her shoulders, and it helped highlight her toned arms.
The scalloped detail along its plunging neckline added more attention to her cleavage. Its cups were fully-lined, while the rest of the piece was see-through, which treated fans to a glimpse at her toned midsection. The one-piece also boasted a daringly high-cut design that showcased the beauty queen’s hips.
Au Natural
Christensen ditched the accessories but added a soft glam that enhanced her features. Her dark brown locks were styled in loose waves that complimented her intimate look.
Christensen tagged several personalities on the first slide, including photographer Zoey Grossman, fashion editor Jorden Bickham, hairstylist Akki Shirakawa, Victoria’s Secret casting director Felicity Webb, makeup artist Fara Homidi, and EWG Management president Drew Hunter.
She also revealed that her lingerie was from Victoria’s Secret.

How Helena Christensen Stays Fit

Christensen has maintained her supermodel body through fitness and a good diet. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in October 2017, she revealed her favorite exercises.
“For me, working out is about instant gratification; I want to see changes if I’m going to put the effort in!” she said. “My thing is boxing – I like to feel strong. Boxing might seem like a male-orientated sport but there are as many women where I go and that is a very authentic, sweaty club. It’s a little gym in New York, where they train a lot of the champions, and my trainer’s name is Jason Lee. I don’t want to reveal its name, though, as then all the models will come and I’ll be like, ‘get out of my club!’ I want to be there with the real gritty people.”
The “Chris Isaak: Wicked Game Film” star also shared that she tried pole dancing at the time.
Trying Out New Things
“I recently started pole dancing. It is the hardest physical activity I have ever done in my life and I have so much awe and respect for pole dancers,” Christensen explained. “It’s like virtual ballet to me, so the perception of it as seedy doesn’t even annoy me; it goes right over the top of my head. To people who think like that, I want to say, ‘well, you just go try it.'”
She also prefers sprinting over running “because that immediately sparks your metabolism and stuns your body by engaging your muscle groups in a very explosive way.”
Christensen continued, “I can’t run for 40 minutes at the same pace, listening to music. I will do 20 minutes and then I’m dying. I don’t do the long, methodical routines of swimming 40 laps either. I want to be in the ocean fighting waves, not being in the pool staring at the clock and only seven minutes has passed when I’m already exhausted.”
