Megan Fox Is Officially Divorced, Legally Able To Marry Machine Gun Kelly

Megan Fox is officially divorced from Brian Austin Green, making it legal to marry her new fiance, Machine Gun Kelly!

The 'Transformer' star was still legally married to the '90210' star, even though the couple broke up months ago. As you know, both of them have moved on and are starting families with someone else. But, their marriage needed to be legally ended by a judge signing off on their divorce.

Well, they have it. Brian and Megan got a signature from an L.A. County judge on Tuesday, making them officially divorced.

As we reported, the couple had settled all of their finances and custody issues back in October. At the time, the duo hashed out the details in private and was just waiting for the court to sign off on the deal.

It should be noted, the couple did NOT have a prenuptial agreement -- which means they had to split everything down the middle 50/50. Interestingly, it's unclear which of these two had more money, considering he is a successful actor and she was in several box office giants.

In the agreement, Megan and Brian agreed to joint custody of their 3 sons. Plus, Megan is changing her name back to "Megan Fox" from her married name "Megan Green."

The famous couple was on-and-off for several years including a divorce filing that they decided to dismiss, before splitting again. The ex-couple tied the knot back in 2010, and she filed for divorce in 2015. But, the legal cause was withdrawn in 2019, after the couple got back together.

Of course, in 2020 Megan started dating Machine Gun Kelly and filed for divorce again in November of that year. At the time, there were rumors Megan was unfaithful to Brian after filming a music video with MGK, but Green opened up about it later saying the couple was already on the outs.

According to recent reports, no one is surprised Megan Fox and MGK are getting married. "For those two, it was very much a love at first sight situation. They spend every waking second together. They are always together for each other's professional and personal events," a source told People. Adding, "They had been talking about it for a while."

Adding, "She always likes to be by his side. All of his friends and colleagues know that if they're going somewhere, nine out of ten times, Megan will be there."

The couple announced their engagement on Instagram, showing off a video of the actual moment MGK popped the question. "In July of 2020, we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma," she captioned the engagement video.

She continued, "Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes. … and then we drank each other's blood 1.11.22."

The good news is Brian Austin Green is expecting his first child with his girlfriend Sharna Burgess, and the couple happily announced the news on social media.
