Actress and singer Lady Gaga has no hard feelings!

Many fans were shocked when Lady Gaga didn’t receive a nomination for her role as Patrizia Gucci in Ridley Scott’s 2021 drama “House of Gucci.”

Instead, Kristen Stewart was a standout, receiving her first Academy Award nomination ever for her role as Princess Diana in 2021’s “Spencer.”

Stewart will be competing with several other notable actresses for the Best Actress win, including Jessica Chastain for “The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” Olivia Colman for “The Lost Daughter,” Penelope Cruz for “Parallel Mothers,” and Nicole Kidman for “Being the Ricardos.”

“The Power of the Dog” led the Oscar race with 12 nominations. Although many expected “House of Gucci” to score several nominations, it only scored one in the Makeup and Hair category. Although Gaga may have been disappointed with the Oscar snub, she didn’t show it as she took to Instagram and penned a thoughtful message for the nominees and her “House of Gucci” hairstylist.

Lady Gaga began her Instagram message by thanking Frederic Aspiras, a hairstylist and wig designer. Gaga shared a sweet black-and-white snap of the pair before congratulating him on his nomination.

“I could not be happier for a man I call my brother, who I’ve worked with for the last 15 years, @fredericaspiras, for his nomination in Makeup & Hairstyling for House of Gucci,” Gaga begins.

“Frederic was magical, precise, and dedicated months leading up to shoot and during filming,” she went on. “He prepared dozens of wigs for months and months, and did at least a year of preparation. He’s a living genius and Freddie, we are all so [grateful] to just even be near your talent, creativity and generosity of spirit.”

“And to all the nominees this year, congratulations on all your hard work, dedication, your nomination and YOUR magic—you all deserve major recognition for what was a truly beautiful landscape of performances and accomplishments this past year,” she wrote.
