Actor Dwayne Johnson recently gave fans a glimpse inside his “Iron Paradise” home gym.
Johnson is known for spending many nights in the “IP,” working hard and snapping sweaty selfies that he shares with his Instagram followers. Now he’s giving fans a glimpse into what his gym looks like behind the scenes!

On Monday, Johnson posted a tour of his Iron Paradise to his Instagram page. Fans can take a peek at the video above to see the full tour!
The video begins with a sprawling green mat with equipment resting on either side. After cutting to a shut of Johnson doing close chest presses, he cuts to a long row of “all the necessary machines.” It looks like there’s a commercial Smith machine in there, as well as a unilateral leg press.
The video then cuts to an impressive Iron Grip dumbbell section consisting of free weights and a barbell rack, reminding followers that they “can’t skip leg day.”
“Gotta have my chalk,” Johnson adds as he dips his hands in the white powder. Although some people skip the chalk, other gym lovers swear by it. In theory, the chalk dries up your hands and allows better grip on a bar or dumbbells while lifting. If you tend to get sweaty while you’re throwing around heavy weights and don’t use weightlifting gloves, it can be worth a try!
The video cuts to a “stocked Zoa energy fridge” which contains rows and rows of every flavor of The Rock’s Zoa energy drink, which he has previously said is the #1 best-selling energy drink on Amazon.
Johnson then zooms out and gives fans an impressive overview of his entire gym, which many fans commented was bigger than the actual gym that they use! It looks like many of the items in Johnson’s gym were made by StarTrac, Precor, and Hammer Strength, three brands known for creating commercial-grade gym equipment designed for professional athletes.
Although Johnson is known for working hard in the gym, he also knows that his mind frame outside the gym is just as important.

Take a look at the video above to listen to Johnson’s “Monday Night Motivation!” The “Red Notice” actor is known for his motivational pep talks that have been known to inspire fans, and today was no exception.
“One I get asked all the time, is what’s the key to success?” he began in the caption beside the video.
“I can get granular down the road with my answer here, but for now it’s truly the basic building blocks that have worked well for me in my experiences over the years,” he continued.
He suggested that his fans take the following advice:
-Surround yourself with high quality people who share the same values, principles & philosophies.
-Be kind, treat people right and make them feel good. People will always remember how you made them feel.
-Don’t be afraid to think big and think outside the box. Outside of the box can get uncomfortable, but that’s a good thing. Be disruptive with your thoughts.
-And just because something has never been done before, doesn’t mean it can’t happen ~ it just means we haven’t figured out a pathway to get it done. But we will get it done.
-One of my favorite quotes to live by is, “It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice”
“Now having said that about being nice ~ remember, we’re all living life as best we can, so every once in a while you’ll have to tell some asshole to f— off,” he joked.
As always, he wished his fans a “productive week.” However, that’s not the only time that Johnson has been sharing his motivational wisdom with his fans!

Take a look at the video above to see The Rock putting those lats to work while Black Sabbath’s Iron Man is playing over the speakers!
“Midnight therapy in the IP after a long work day - my shrinks are the chains you hear bangin’ around,” he joked.
Johnson reminded his fan that he didn’t start off with a silver spoon in his mouth. As he put it, “In 1995, I earned my college degree in May and ready to go out and tackle the world. By October, I was dead broke with $7 bucks in my pocket. Got hit with a month of depression and by Thanksgiving,
I said “F--- this ~ I’m broke as hell, but one day I won’t be” and I pulled myself out of the funk and got my a-- to work.”
“These days I’m not broke, BUT I keep daily mental reminders all around me, as guidance and motivation,” he continued. “May seem crazy, but it works for me. I know it works for a lot of you too. Have a productive day.”
It seems like Johnson knows exactly what to say to get his fans motivated before hitting the gym!
