Zendaya Won An Award For Her Role

Zendaya's stellar performance in the teen drama series has not gone unnoticed by award organizers. The actress earned a Primetime Emmy for her performance in the show's first installment. In the process, she created a record of being the youngest actress to win the outstanding lead actress in a drama series category.

Other talents from the previous installment, alongside Zendaya, returned to star in the second season, which premiered in January. Unsurprisingly, the ratings have increased exponentially, becoming the most-viewed episode of an HBO series on HBO Max.

Additionally, the series has surpassed the 14 million viewers mark across platforms, beating the recorded number of viewers per episode from last season.
