He was spotted sporting a yellow cast, looking absolutely fine on Tuesday, February 1.

This is not the first time he has taken a spill from his e-bike, because he did so in August 2020 as well, breaking his back, back then.

It seems he has fewer injuries this time, even though he took a spill on a busy road and had to be helped up by passers-by. Thankfully, none of them were Zayn Malik, or else Cowell might have ended up with more injuries? And not just to his pride.

Cowell caught up with the Daily Mail on Wednesday, and he admitted how silly it is that be got into yet ANOTHER e-bike crash.

“I’m a bit of a nutter,” he said. “I’m feeling much better, thank you.”

Paps caught him out walking with his new fiancée, Lauren Silverman, in London not far from the bike crash scene.

He assured the photographer, “I’ll definitely wear a helmet next time.”

You know the saying, “Once bitten, twice as shy,” well in Cowell’s case it’s “Twice bitten and time to give it up.”

He admitted he may stop e-biking all together given this is his second accident.

The “America’s Got Talent” judge was hospitalized last Thursday, with a source later telling Page Six that he had “slipped off” his electric motorbike.

“He was pedaling along, with his electric motor on, when the wheels suddenly went from under him after hitting a wet patch,” an insider told The Sun. “He slipped and went flying over the handlebars into the middle of the road.”

Another source compared his bloody look to the “Phantom of the Opera” and felt the kindness of the passers-by is what saved Cowell as people stopped the traffic around him.

He was helped by strangers before someone called emergency services and the paramedic rushed him to the hospital.

At the time of his 2020 e-bike accident, Cowell broke his back in three places and had to undergo a six-hour surgery to correct his spine. He had a metal rod installed in his back.

He took to Instagram to post. “Some good advice… If you buy an electric trail bike, read the manual before you ride it for the first time. I have broken part of my back. Thank you to everyone for your kind messages. And a massive thank you to all the nurses and doctors. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Stay safe everyone.”

Another celebrity recently broke a limb too. Fellow Brit Lisa Vanderpump was bucked off of her horse on Sunday, January 30, and broke her leg.

Lisa went flying into the air, over the horse’s head and landed on her back. She suffered a badly broken leg and was in emergency surgery on Tuesday to have plates, hardware and stints put in to fix her leg.

According to Lisa’s husband, Ken Todd, the former ‘Real Housewife’ will most likely never ride again.

TMZ caught up with Ken on Tuesday, February 1. He revealed her leg is broken in three places and the doctors would be using plates and screws to fix it.

The concerned husband went on to tell the outlet, “I think maybe that was her last ride. I wouldn’t let her ride again.”

This wasn’t Lisa’s first time working with the horse of even riding it. Ken explained the horse and Lisa had a “gentle,” “perfect” and “amazing” past together before Sunday’s accident.

“I was there,” he told the outlet. “When I saw her thrown off, I couldn’t believe it. I was in shock. I ran over there, and she was just on the floor, and she knew that she’d broken her leg straightaway.”

Lisa will be down for the count anywhere from eight to ten weeks according to Ken.

He also said she’ll need to go through the physical therapy process, among other healing methods.

To start off the new year, Lisa revealed on Instagram that she had contracted COVID-19.
