Nick Cannon is definitely on a baby-making spree and the latest is his eighth child, with model Bre Tiesi. Given that he and Alyssa Scott lost their little boy in December last year, the spotlight is on Scott to see how she reacts.

Surprisingly, Scott has pre-empted any questions on the matter, claiming that she "will not judge" via an Instagram post yesterday. Here's the DL...

Cannon's Eighth Baby Announcement

On Monday, 41-year-old actor and talk show host, Nick Cannon announced on his eponymous talk show that he and model Bre Tiesi are expecting a baby, which will be Cannon's eighth child. This will be Tiesi's first child, although.

The "Nick Cannon Show" host has 10-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey as well as 4-year-old Golden "Sagon" and 1-year-old Powerful Queen, with Brittany Bell. He also has 7-month-old twins, Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa.

Cannon also fathered son Zen with Alyssa Scott, who tragically died on 5th December last year, after being diagnosed with a brain tumor last year.

On the show, Cannon first shared some tweets from fans poking fun at the fact that he's now expecting another child. Cannon brushed it off saying he was in a "great space" as he shared a pic from his and Tiesi's baby shower during his "Pic of the Day" segment.

Very tongue-in-cheek, one fan commented Cannon's post about baby names, saying, "Contraception is a good one."

Alyssa Scott Is 'At Peace' With It

With Cannon having another child, saying that he still missed his little dude, Zen, the focus is now on Alyssa Scott and what she must be feeling.

But Scott took to Instagram to make a very strong and positive statement about it all, writing, "It's important for me to let you all know. I am centered, I am at peace. I look at everyone's predicament with loving eyes. I will not judge. I will consciously decide what I will participate in. I am surrounded by love. God, my mom, dad, sister, brother, and daughter continue to carry me."

Fans are bowled over by her heart, as one wrote, "As a mother, I could never imagine! I’m sending you every ounce of love I can possibly! I am sorry the world and media suck and are so disrespectful and not empathetic to your grief that is so fresh at this moment! I applaud your classiness cuz I could never be as graceful as you! God bless you and your family! Always in our prayers!"

Alyssa Scott Feels Her Heart Has Expanded

In the Instagram post, the model sent her gratitude to all who have sent her supportive messages as she continues to mourn the death of her baby, even as she wrote that Zen "expanded my heart in ways I never thought possible."

She admits, "It is painful having my son be a part of conversations that aren't in alignment with his light and legacy. It isn't something I chose for him or myself".

The bereaved mother shared a grief-stricken message four days after losing Zen, writing, "When I close a door too loudly I hold my breath and wince knowing a soft cry will shortly follow. It doesn’t come. The silence is deafening."

She continued writing a eulogy for Zen, ending it with, "It has been an honor and privilege being your mommy. I will love you for eternity. 6•23•21 - 12•5•21"

A week ago, Cannon also aired his grief on Instagram, sharing a picture of him with his kids, writing, "Still missing my little dude…We ALL miss you, young King! Forever Our Angel!"
