Alessandra Ambrosio is asking for protection from a man who she says broke into her Los Angeles home, and police were forced to rush to the property.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the supermodel filed a restraining order in L.A. County Courts against a man -- we are choosing not to name -- claiming he made entry into her Santa Monica home after telling her housekeeper he was a family friend.

During the incident, Santa Monica Police were called to the location to help remove the person from the premises. The supermodel is asking for protection for her children and describes scary details of the incident in the restraining order request.

"Alessandra Ambrosio is a public figure, she is a leading international supermodel. [He] is a stranger she never met," the filing begins.

It continues, "He arrived at her home on January 10, 2022, and informed a housekeeper that he was a family friend, and he entered Ms. Ambrosio's home without authority. Ms. Ambrosio never provided [him] with her address. He remained in her home for a protracted period, visiting different parts of Ms. Ambrosio's home, frightening her housekeeper."

Adding, "He has caused all of his personal mail to be forwarded to Ms. Ambrosio's address as if he himself lives there. He has made further unwelcome contact with Ms. Ambrosio through unsolicited text messages to Ms. Ambrosio's private cell phone number, and this individual has manifested a belief that he is in a relationship with Ms. Ambrosio. She did not and never has provided [him] with her phone number. She has never met him, does not know him, and fears for her safety particularly as this individual has already once entered her residence without authorization."

The supermodel further described the incident, saying, "When [he] arrived at my home, he falsely told a housekeeper that he was a family friend in order to gain entry. I never provided him with my address. He remained in my home for a significant period of time, visiting different parts of my home and frightening my housekeeper."

Shockingly, after the police arrived and issued an emergency protective order for Ambrosio, she claims the man continued to harass her via her private cell phone and believes he is in a romantic relationship with the supermodel.

He "has made further unwelcome contact with me through unsolicited text messages to my private cell phone number, including on January 15, 2022, and he has manifested a belief that he is in a relationship with me, despite my not knowing him. His text messages suggest that he does not plan to stop his unwanted contact with me. I do not know [him] and have never shared my personal contact information with him. As a result of his actions, I fear for my safety. I have never invited any contact of any kind with [him].

Obvi0usly, Alessandra is upset that regardless of a police report being filed against the person, the harassing behavior continues. The supermodel told the judge she believes "his course of conduct will escalate."

A Los Angeles County judge has issued the TRO, ordering the person to stay at least 100 yards away from Alessandra and her children.
