Marilyn Manson is responding to Evan Rachel Wood's allegation the musician "essentially raped" her on camera, during a music video, claiming it is a lie and easily provable.

The 'Dope Show' singer broke his silence on the allegations through his attorney, saying the story is "brazen and easy to disprove" based on the number of witnesses on the music video set.

Manson's lawyer -- Howard King -- claims Marilyn "did not have sex with Evan on that set, and she knows that is the truth."

As we reported, the 'Westworld' star makes the allegations in a new documentary 'Phoenix Rising' claiming she was "coerced into a commercial sex act under false pretenses" while filming the music video. At the time, she was dating the 53-year-old rocker, and joined him for the filming of a video for the track 'Heart-Shaped Glasses."

In the film, Wood says the music video shoot was the "first crime he committed against me." She described it, saying, "We're doing things that were not what was pitched to me. ... We had discussed a simulated sex scene, but once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real. I had never agreed to that. I'm a professional actress, I've been doing this my whole life; I've never been on a set that unprofessional in my life up until this day."

Manson's lawyer blasted the actress, responding, "Of all the false claims that Evan Rachel Wood has made about Brian Warner, her imaginative retelling of the making of the 'Heart-Shaped Glasses' music video 15 years ago is the most brazen and easiest to disprove, because there were multiple witnesses."

He continued, "Evan was not only fully coherent and engaged during the three-day shoot but also heavily involved in weeks of pre-production planning and days of post-production editing of the final cut. The simulated sex scene took several hours to shoot with multiple takes using different angles and several long breaks in between camera setups."

At the time, the 'Westworld' star says she "did not feel safe" and that the music video was a "really traumatizing experience" which left her feeling "disgusting." In the film, she notes she was too "scared" to speak up about the incident at the time, citing ongoing violence that would "keep escalating over the course of the relationship."

As for dating the rock star, Wood revealed in the documentary it was like being "groomed" to being under the influence of a cult.

The actress initially opened up about the alleged abuse on Instagram, posting a message saying, "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson. He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail."

It should be noted, Wood is one of at least 15 other women who have accused the musician of sexual assault. Three of his accusers, including 'Game Of Thrones' actress Esme Bianco have filed lawsuits against him.

The cases are ongoing.
