Comedian Adam Sandler is mourning the loss of another comedic great.

Author, game show host, and stand-up comedian Louie Anderson passed away on Friday of blood cancer.

Many comedians, actors, and fans took to social media in order to express their condolences for the late Emmy Award winner.

Adam Sandler tweeted, “D—. Such a funny great guy.”

“Made us all laugh so much. Loved him,” he continued. “Condolences to his whole family.”

Sandler had also paid tribute to the loss of another beloved stand-up comedian, Bob Saget, who passed away earlier this month.

“Great man,” Sandler tweeted. “Funny as h—. Such a nice person. Love to Bob and his whole family.”
