Reese Witherspoon's Daughter Claps Back At 'Hateful' Comments About Her Sexuality

Ava Phillippe being a rising model, and the daughter of the famous actress Reese Witherspoon, has brought quite the exposure to the 22-year-old.
A few of her Instagram posts got several unkind and extreme comments which made Ava speak out. She addressed her followers and hateful commenters on her story with these words:
“QUICK REMINDER: I can, and I will block profiles commenting bigoted/hateful messages under my posts.”
According to PEOPLE's report, Ava added that her Instagram doesn't accommodate cruel and spiteful talks, and she doesn't plan on changing that for anyone.
This post came about some days after a fan asked whether she liked boys or girls during an Instagram Q & A session. The actress's daughter gave quite a revealing response.
She replied that she was attracted to people, irrespective of gender. Ava accompanied this response with a selfie of her smiling and wearing blue eyeshadow.
Although, back in 2019, she went official with her boyfriend, Owen Mahoney. They both met at UC Berkeley, where they go to school, and it seemed like the Phillippe clan welcomed the lad well.

Earlier in December, Ava spoke about how she always thought of her fans before posting on social media. She revealed this to E! 's Daily Pop saying:
“What is that going to mean to somebody else? What does it mean to me? Is this helpful? Is it important? Is it charitable? Is it something I want the world to see from me?”
Ava admitted that she wanted to use her platform to make conscious posts, even though she may not succeed all the time. She wanted to try to put her best in communicating the good things.
According to Ava, there are many false realities and lies on social media, which fans seem to eat up every time. She claimed that being real and truthful with people on social media felt good.
Witherspoon's daughter appreciated her friends' empathy and honesty which she said were also important in her romantic life.
The upcoming model has been pretty successful with her modeling career as she has worked with brands like Rodarte and Draper James, her mother's lifestyle and fashion brand.

Academy Award winner, Reese Witherspoon, posted an adorable photo of her daughter on Instagram as she celebrated her 22nd birthday.
This happened last September, as was reported by The Blast. Ava smiled widely and posed like she was having fun in the post. The background had shiny lights, which gave more life to the photo.
As the first child of Witherspoon and her ex Ryan Phillippe who wasn't a supportive husband, Ava received a rather cute message from her mom via the post.
The American actress expressed her love and pride for her look-alike adult daughter, who was no longer a sweet little girl.
She also told her 26.3 million followers how lucky she was to have such an amazing daughter. Almost 450,000 likes were gained on the post in precisely two hours.
Several fans and family friends took to the comment section to wish the star's daughter. This included Gwyneth Paltrow, Chelsea Handler, Keke Palmer, and Selma Blair. A few commented on how alike the mother and daughter look.
Despite having different tastes, they both agree on many things, including fashion. Ava said so in an interview for her mother's blog, though her style differed from her mom's.

During the premiere of "Sing" last December, Ava accompanied her 45-year-old mom, where they talked about her mom's taste in music.
According to The Blast's report, Witherspoon was quite revealing about what made up her playlist and how her kids had a hand in that.
The mother-of-three seemed to have a thing for lots of music genres, including rap, hip-hop, among others. Her son, Deacon, made her familiar with the likes of Ye and Tyler the Creator.
On the other hand, Ava included impressive music from female musicians like Gracie Abrams, King Princess, and Holly Humberstone to her mom's playlist.
Witherspoon admitted that she was really into Abrams' music, especially her most recent album, "This Is What It Feels Like."
