Kendall Jenner filed a restraining order against a "stalker" who was arrested after he allegedly crashed his car into the Kardashianfamily's neighborhood security gate.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star was granted a restraining order against a man -- who we are choosing not to name -- who was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her. Kendall described the person's "escalating behavior" which included an incident of crashing his car into a security gate outside of the neighborhood where her mother and sister, Kim Kardashian, live.
In the filing, Kendall filed a declaration describing the scary situation claiming she is "extremely troubled" by the recent incidents.
Kendall Jenner: I'm Terrified He Will Harm Me Or My Family
"I am informed that despite being turned away by residential security on numerous occasions, [the person] repeated his attempts to see me. I am informed that he represented himself to security guards as my friend," Jenner said.
She continued, "I am extremely troubled by [his] violent behavior and his willingness to harm others in order to get access to me. I am also troubled by [his] persistence in trying to access me on numerous occasions. I am particularly fearful because [his] behavior appears to be escalating. I am terrified of what [he] may attempt to do to me or my family if he is able to contact me -- approach or approach my home or my family's home."
The model/reality star described the most recent incident where the alleged stalker attempted to gain entrance to the neighborhood, by ramming his car into the security gate. After being denied entry to the Hidden Hills Community -- a security supervisor described the hostile interaction with the man, saying, "[He] approached the community gate on Dec 22 and Jan 1, when he followed a security guard in his vehicle and attempted to enter through an open gate, the security gate closed on [his} vehicle.
Kendall Jenner's Alleged Stalker Used His Car As Weapon Towards Security Guards
Adding, "During this time, he was taunting the agents and laughing. He also used his vehicle to forcibly drive through the security gate onto private property on at least two occasions."
Kendall reiterated the severity of the incident, writing in court documents, "I am informed that on his most recent attempt, [he] escalated his behavior and forcibly attempted to enter a closed security gate using his vehicle. I am further informed that he used his vehicle as a weapon to chase individual security guards. I do not know how long [he] has been stalking me. My family makes every effort to keep our addresses private and I do not know how [he] found my family member's address."
Kendall Jenner's 'Stalker' Reportedly Placed Under 'Involuntary Psychiatric Hold'
Los Angeles County Sheriffs arrested the man on a misdemeanor charge and reportedly placed him on a 5150 hold.
Kendall's lawyer -- Shawn Holley -- informed the court she was told the person was "placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold." Adding, "to my knowledge [he] remains under an involuntary psychiatric hold."
As for the location of the incident, Holley says, "Ms. Jenner's close family members live in that community and Ms. Jenner is often there. Based on [his] statements to community security guards about the resident he is seeking to visit, it appears that [he] is attempting to access Ms. Jenner through the home of her close family member."
The restraining order was granted earlier this week.
