"GOOD MORNING LOVES!! JOIN ME ON ONLYFANS 18+ ONLY!!" the rapper wrote. "ONLYFANS.COM/AARONCARTER! USE MY REFERRAL LINK TO JOIN!!"
On his page's bio, he wrote. "Exclusive Nsfw Content. - Aaron Carter."
He promoted his page again on Instagram hours later. Apart from a screengrab, he wrote:
"HIIIII MY LOVERRRRSS!! MAKE SURE YOU SUBSCRIBETO MY ONLYFANS!"
The former pop sensation also added the link as he reminded his followers to use the "referral link below."
More Earnings?
As per the site, creators can earn money when a subscriber joins using a special referral code and is "5% of the Referred Creator's Earnings."
That said, Carter might be looking into other ways to earn money. Compared to his '90s popularity, he's earning less in recent years. In November 2013, the singer filed for bankruptcy in the state of Florida, citing $3.5 million in debt. In a report by HuffPost around the time, Carter listed his total assets at just $8,232.16 in the bankruptcy filing. According to Celebrity Net Worth, he's only worth $400,000.
Losing His Money
In a recent interview, Carter claimed that his parents blew up millions of his money back then.
"Yeah, somewhere in between like $350, $400, $500 million. Yeah, easily," he told Vlad TV.
When asked to break down the "superficial sh-t" they allegedly got, he said, "the houses that they have. Well, we had 15 houses at the same time. Yeah, we had the largest compound in all Florida Keys."
Carter went on and said his dad "was throwing big parties and fireworks, so he basically made the whole neighborhood want to sell their houses to get away from the noise," adding, "so he bought all the neighborhood. We bought a neighborhood."
The musician also claimed that when his brother and father sold their big property, they didn't give anything to him.
"When my dad and my brother sold the house. The houses and the compound to some Persian King or Prince or something -- it's sort of like $31 million, and I got nothing from that."
Working On His Career
After years of drug-related issues and other problems, Carter seemed to be turning his life around. Currently, he's working on his music and possibly a new album.
As reported by The Blast, Carter teased his new rap song, "Reload the Wesson," a week ago.
"I'm back .. what did you think, I was gonna give up on rap!? Think again I started off rapping and now it’s grown AC Time! Just listen to this rough mix," he wrote in the caption, followed by a video containing a sneak peek of his track.
Two days ago, Carter also shared another new single on his Instagram account.
"Another one!! 'PARADISE," the singer captioned the share, adding, "NEW ALBUM IN THE WORKS HERES A NEW TRACK FOR MY ALBUM 'THE INTERVIEW.'"
Carter also recently became a dad for the first time. In November, he welcomed his son Prince Lyric Carter, who he shares with fiancé Melanie Martin. He has been a doting dad -- constantly sharing videos and photos of his baby on social media.
