Henry Cavill Shares What He Cooked Over The Holidays: 'A Lot Was Done'

Henry Cavill is proudly showing off his culinary skills!

The "Man of Steel" star, 38, returned to Instagram and showcased his cooking expertise in various pictures. Although, he revealed that he cooked them over the holidays.

The first photo showed the actor laughing in the kitchen. He was dressed in a printed button-down shirt with short sleeves. Cavill matched the top with light gray bottoms and sported a black Smartwatch. The next snap featured his dog, an American Akita named Kal, while the following image showed another pup. He showed off the dishes that he and his sibling made in the rest of the pics.

"I like to go radio silent over the Christmas period. Gives me time to be myself and spend quality time with the people who are in front of me. It also allows for full focus on the Christmas cooking!" Cavill wrote in the caption.

He continued, "Of which a lot was done! My brother and I spent a lot of time around the big green egg! All the food we put on there just won't fit into this post so you'll just have to imagine it! The Christmas dinner cook was the most taxing, but the most rewarding. I got a heritage Turkey this year, and will defo do that again! Soooooo good, especially when cooked very slowly at low temps covered in bacon!"

He added, "As fun as all that eating and drinking was, it's time to get into my training for this New Year! Tomorrow it all begins anew, and with renewed vigour!"

In less than a day, the share has already amassed over 2.3 million likes and more than 18,500 messages. He received plenty of love from fans, and most of them praised him for his looks and many talents.

"Can this man become any more of a legend? The glorious food! ?" quipped the fourth one.

This is not the first time Cavill flaunted his talent in the kitchen. In August, he shared several pictures on the photo-sharing site where he showed off the pizza he made.

"First time cooking pizza on the Egg this weekend! I even risked it all and made my own dough last night," Cavill captioned the post.

He explained, "First one tasted ok, but looks like Kal made it while drunk, so I ended up cranking the heat to 370-400C (700-750F) and making the bases suuuper thin, which may have just done the trick! My topping placement still needs work, though.
