Kanye West has been trending heavily on social media due to him stepping back out into the dating scene. Now, it appears that Ye is ready to deliver more music for fans in 2022 as well.
Kanye Is Said To Be Working On ‘Donda 2’
According to Complex, Kanye is already working on a sequel to his 2020 “Donda” album. This was confirmed by music executive Steven Victor, who is the SVP of A&R at Universal Music Group, and was also a COO at G.O.O.D. Music. He also served as a manager for the late Pop Smoke.
Victor has high praise for this sequel, as he says “Ye has started working on his new masterpiece DONDA 2.” As of now, Ye hasn’t publicly address what point he’s at, in completing Donda 2.
Kanye’s 2020 ‘Donda’ Album Topped The Charts
Last summer, Kanye delivered one of the biggest albums of 2021 with “Donda.” This project was initially supposed to be out in July, but went on to be delayed three times.
The album rollout for “Donda” was also very unique, in that Kanye had three album listening events. Two were at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and the final one was at Solider Field in his hometown of Chicago.
Donda was finally released on August 29, despite Ye claiming that Universal Music Group put the project out without the green light by him. Either way though, Donda debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and became his 10th consecutive number one album.

Kanye Is Reportedly Dating Julia Fox
Kanye is also still dealing with his ongoing divorce from Kim Kardashian, but is definitely enjoying the single life. He is reportedly dating actress Julia Fox, as the two went out to eat at Corbone, in Miami. This date night was on New Year’s Day.
Kanye and Julia also went out to eat at Makoto on Sunday, which is located at the Bal Harbour Shops in Miami. Rapper Future was also reportedly alongside them.
“Julia and Ye are dating,” said a source close to Page Six. “They both just got out of their former relationships, and they’ve helped each other recover immensely.
At first, Kanye and Julia were reportedly having nothing serious, but it now appears that the two are beginning to be more into each other. In December, Kanye also went on to split from dating 22-year-old model, Vinetria. The two had reportedly dated fr several months, and were even spotted together at a Donda Academy basketball game in Atlanta.
Prior to Vinetria, Ye had been dating popular Russian model, Irina Shayk, in early 2021. That romance surfaced almost a month after Kim filed divorce paperwork.
Kanye’s latest developments in his dating life all comes after Ye was recently trying to win Kim Kardashian back, by saying he wanted to have a family again. He made this known during his “Drink Champs” podcast appearance and while performing “Runaway,” at his “Free Larry Hoover” benefit concert in Los Angeles last month.
