In December 2021, The Blast reported an episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show,” where the talk show host talked about double-dipping as an appalling food decorum.
The show itself is focused on a broad range of lifestyle topics, around which she and her co-host Ross Matthews freely express themselves.
The particular episode was based on a survey carried out to analyze and challenge bad party manners that people have been fond of.
The survey revealed about 35% of people were double-dippers at parties. This led to Barrymore’s disapproval and her describing herself as anti-double dipping.
Based on research, double-dipping hasn’t been the cause of any illness, but it has been said to increase bacteria’s chances of being infectious.
Drew Barrymore Discloses Her Post-Divorce Struggle

The separation period was a bad time for Barrymore as she had her kids to fight for and generally worry about. As a result, she reached out to a few people for support.

In September 2021, Barrymore spoke about her mental health struggles as a teenager during an episode of her show.
It is widely known that she has been part of the entertainment industry since she was a child. Barrymore became the wild type as she grew into a teenager.
This resulted in her being shipped off to a mental health institution for a year, where she could get better.
Barrymore believed that sharing this story would enable fans to know how she became who she is now, despite the challenges she had to go through at such a young age.
