Erika Jayne's Threatened With Lawsuit By Husband's Alleged Mistress

By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne's being threatened with legal action by the woman she accused of having an affair with her husband Thomas Girardi.

The L.A. Times spoke to a lawyer representing California judge, Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. If you recall, earlier this month, Erika leaked a bunch of text messages exchanged between Tricia and Thomas. She captioned the texts, "This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was fucking my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery."

Erika deleted the post within 30 minutes of posting. Many people have criticized her for leaking sexts amid a massive lawsuit accusing her of helping embezzle money from orphans.

In one alleged text, Tricia is reportedly seen writing Thomas, "Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be a whole lot better if I were fucking you." Another message read, "MIss you babe. Makeup sex? " Another photo posted seemed to imply the judge sent Thomas a picture of her clothed booty.

The lawyer for the judge told the outlet, Erika “actions in maliciously doxxing the Justice were nothing short of criminal. We are considering our options to protect Justice Bigelow from further harassment,"

The judge's lawyer said his client had received a ton of nasty messages and phone calls after Erika leaked the text messages online.

Judge Bigelow is a judge for the 2nd District Division 8 of the California Court of Appeal. She's held the position since 2008 after being appointed by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Based on her lawyer's comments, it appears she is ready to file a civil lawsuit or call the police to report a crime.

As The Blast previously reported, Erika's life is semi-falling apart with her divorce pending and a huge lawsuit against her and Thomas over millions owed to the families of plane crash victims.

In the suit, the plaintiffs claim Thomas diverted millions owed to his clients to fund his lavish lifestyle with Erika. They say his law firm is on the verge of collapse and he has run out of money.

His former law firm partner filed a separate lawsuit demanding $500,000 for breach of contract.

His creditor forced him into Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this month. The court will now have control over his finances. The judge will appoint a trustee who will manage all of his money and determine which debts will be paid back.

Further, the trustee will be able to seize and sell off any of his assets that are valuable. The money will be used to pay the many creditors in the case.

Erika has remained extremely mum about the embezzlement accusations.
