Leah Messer is burning off those Thanksgiving calories. The “Teen Mom 2” star showed off one impressive workout body on Instagram today, with her weekend post following homey kitchen shots with daughters Adalynn, Aliannah, and Aleeah. Leah, followed by 2.3 million, had already teased her snazzy mesh sports bra look, but fans hadn’t yet seen Leah put the sportswear to good use. On Sunday, Leah updated with a collage of outdoor stretches, even including some motivational quotes. Check it out below.

Leah, who this year slammed suggestions she’s had cosmetic surgery and says her look is from a “diet,” was looking confident in her snaps – these saw the MTV face outdoors and on a sports grass court. Leah was posing in a collage of six images, all of which showed off a black mesh sports bra, tight black leggings with a red waistband, plus a casual and stylish open black jacket.
Leah was seen squatting down and eventually stretching it out.
Leah, who is out to spread love right now, wrote: “Team love. Don’t want no hate (nope). I’m grindin’. I’m shinin’. Up, up, up on my way. Thank God.”

October 2020 marked Leah clapping back at fans for “getting too much surgery,” something the mom of three was angered by.
When fans, thinking that Leah has lost weight, were quick to jump to conclusions, assuming the star had gone under the knife, she fired right back.
“Not had surgery peoplesss,” Leah wrote, then explaining: “However, I have most definitely done a 180 on how I choose to diet and live my life. & I feel like it finally shows! My extensions are out, and I lightened up on the eye makeup too. #JustBeYou.” Leah, did however, admit to some pandemic changes.
COVID is changing everything, and not just for the viewers. “Btw, this pandemic is the reason why I no longer have extensions,” Leah told her fans, adding: “Not saying that I’m not all about some fresh botox either… Girl. Be. YoU! Do You! When is the next Botox party? I’m coming!”
