Kim Kardashian & Pete Davidson Are Getting 'Really Cuddly And Affectionate' With Each Other

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have quickly become one of the most popular couples on the internet, over the last several months. After Kim hosted "Saturday Night Live" in October, the Pete dating rumors spread like wildfire and they were soon confirmed to be true.

Kim and Pete have been spotted at various public dates, and definitely look like a happy couple. According to PEOPLE, the two "are both really cuddly and affectionate with each other." Kim is also said to be "so into [Pete.]"

"They seem more comfortable than couples who have been together a long time," says a source close to PEOPLE. "Kim is obviously very happy with him."

Early last week, Kim and Pete were spotted on a very early date. The two had breakfast around 7:30AM, at the Fountain Coffee Room in the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Pete was seen showing off a huge smile, as Kim was showing him something on her phone. It appeared that Pete might've been in town with Kim, to spend time with her before the Christmas holiday.

The weekend before Kim and Pete's Beverly Hills breakfast date, they were also in Pete's hometown of Staten Island. They decided to see a movie at the Atrium Stadium Cinemas.

The couple were spotted walking into a theater, as Pete sported a bright yellow and black jacket. Kim went with an all-black look.

A viral clip from this Pete and Kim appearance also went viral. This was when a fan randomly told Kim that Kanye is "way better." This coms as Kim and Kanye are still going through their divorce, which was filed by Kim back in mid-February.

For Kanye, he definitely appears to be jealous that Kim is moving on, and is dating Pete. He has stated in interviews that he still wants to be with Kim and he supposedly hasn't seen divorce papers. He even shouted out Kim while performing "Runaway," at his "Free Larry Hoover" benefit concert earlier this month.

On Monday, Ye had social media even more surprised, as he reportedly purchased a home that is located right across the street from Kim's, per The Daily Mail. This home is in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, and was purchased by Kanye for $4.5 million. This sale is also said to be $421,000 over the original asking price.

The property is 3,500 square-feet, and contains five bedrooms. This move is believed to have been made by Ye so that he can be closer to his four children. Many fans believe though that Kanye simply isn't over Kim at all, and wants to be near her.

This isn't the only latest major real estate move by Kanye. A few months ago, he purchased a Malibu home for $57.3 million.
